China is a socialist country (the economic way it is run) governed by a Communist Party. There are some freedoms under the government and China's economy is moving more towards an open capitalist system.
Fascism is a capitalist (economic system) ideology that is a right-wing dictatorship that is also racist.

Actually China is an oligarchy. That is government by a select few. In this case the few are chosen by their efforts in the Communist Party.

China is dictatorship.
It is not communist.
In communism there is no ownership of property, you can own land, companies, buildings in China.
