I DEFINITELY FEEL YOUR PAIN....ITS SAD HOW YOUR OWN BLOOD CAN EVEN THINK OF STEALING FROM YOU. MY SISTER (WHEN I WAS LIVING WITH MY MOTHER AND FAMILY) USED TO STEAL MONEY FROM ME ALL THE TIME. EVERYTIME I GOT PAID, SHE WOULD FAITHFULLY TAKE AT LEAST 20 DOLLARS FROM ME.....I USED TO HAVE TO LIVE AS IF I WAS LIVING IN A STRANGERS HOUSE (HIDING MY THINGS, LOCKING MY MONEY UP) IN ORDER TO KEEP MY BELONGINGS. ITS TOUGH. HAVE YOU EVER CONSIDERED BRINGING THE SITUATION TO HER ATTENTION? TRY LOCKING YOUR THINGS UP (BUY A SAFE WHICH USUALLY RUNS FOR ABOUT $20-30 BUCKS IN STAPLES). THATS THE ONLY SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, I KNOW ITS TOUGH AND SAD TO EVEN HAVE TO NOT TRUST YOUR OWN MOTHER.

maybe u shouldnt worry about because after all the maker of the jewelr y probably ddnt only make one necklace! and plus why would your own mother do that? i hope she would know that she could probably just ask you if she could borrow it when she wanted but only with your permission of course, i guess it really depends on what kind of trust you guys have together, just try talkin 2 ur mother casually w/o accusin her of nethin, just b like "have u seen this necklace, because i cleanin out my closet and i couldn't find, did you by any chance borrow it for something? im not or anythin just tryin to find it because it was really important to me? could u help me look for it?" n of course wait for responses in between the questions, basically play the guilt card on her no accusations because that will probably cause a problem just think before you talk and jus have patience, and good luck!! =]

Yeah, by a roomate, he stole a lot of things, moved out when I was at work... Sounds like your mother is clepto or has a drug habbit, either way confront her and threaten to turn her in, doesn't matter who it is, no one should steal from you.

Someone stole my old rims to my car that were worth $1,200. My mom and I are pretty sure that it was my step-dad's loser brother! He knew exactly where to go to get them back and didn't want us to tell the police that we got them back. Pretty fishy, huh? And I am really sorry about your ordeal, it sounds very upsetting!

Sounds like you are haveing some kind of problem with your mother. You need to talk to her and get it straightened out. The jewelry is nothing compared to y'all relationship with each other.

First please learn how to write better, so that someone can understand you. Well, you need to confront your Mother, but do so with a family member you can trust. She has no right to steal from you. Maybe you need to leave your good jewelry
with a trusted family member.

Have you searched everywhere for it? Did you ask her about it? Keep your valuables under lock and key and not out in the open...
