Hi Redneck; where you bin boy?.
You bin down the woods with the good old boys and a jug o shine an gotten lost?.
The world has moved on slightly, even the U.S. OF A.
Black People can vote and do vote all over the USA.
Can you imagine the laughter around the world with the USA promoting Democratic Freedoms (even if it is from the deck of an aircraft carrier) and not having the same freedoms at home.
By the way, I understand that the term 'The Negro' is derogatory.

By the grace of God both the Slave Master and the Negro and all other national Minorities share the same voting rights throughout the country these days.

Many replies reflect that there is still a certain part of the USA that resents the fact that all citizens have a vote. The term Negro is not in itself derogatory. It is how it is used.

The negro gets to vote. They, almost without exception, vote strictlly for democrat/liberal candidates. They vote for the candidates which will give them the most free stuff (government handouts).

Why would anyone be able to vote in one state, and not another?
The rest of the question does not deserve the dignity of an answer.

Negroes are allowed to vote everywhere now, and have been for a while, along with all other citizens of the U.S. who are minorities - even white males, the only TRUE minority left!

If this question is not a case of race baiting, then I don't know what would be. Any American citizen, over 18, and registered to vote, can vote.
