There is this slimy hippy political activist in the capital city of my state who mails out these fliers to everyone. These flyers are paper follded and taped with a stamp on them, so you can read most of what's on these flyers. Anyways, this jerk writes on the paper whether or not you voted over the last several elections, and somehow knows where i live even when i move.
Apparently he plans on doing this indefinitely. Is it legal? The mail handlers can read every word on this paper, and if my mail is mis-handled, anyone else can read it too.
It's not super private information, but can I sue this hippy?

In the last two weeks, two major frauds have been perpetrated online. One claimed to be the IRS, telling millions about a phone tax rebate, the most recent has been ironically a fraud warning from the FTC.

Both of these emails, widely distributed, referred the user back to exact replicas of the us .gov sites, and then attempted to get users to give their social security numbers.

I followed one of these on a public library computer to a site run by something called snowpony... then I called the IRS to find out if they knew.

They told me they knew of the frauds, but that they had no means of tracing them.

Do you believe that the government is really powerless to track illegal activities on the web? I build web pages for a living, and I have to often track web sites to servers because my clients lose their record of who they took their accounts with. I can always find the provider within a day.

What are your thoughts about this? Did you receive the IRS or the FTC emails

So my husband was working about 38 hours a week as a service writer at an auto shop. He had an accident on 10/20 that caused him to miss work for 9 days. He had a doctors note saying that he needed light duty until 11/5. Well, he went back yesterday and was handed his last paycheck and was told he was no longer needed. Is this legal? We live in CA.

How can I stop OCY from taking my baby?

OCY has been overseeing my boyfriend since he was a freshman in high school. They frequentley come to our school to see him and question him and stuff. I have seen them twice this week for myself. We are both now juniors and I am pregnant. They have always been looking closely at my boyfriend's mom. (shes different, nice but different;ex shes been buying him drugs since he was in 7th grade.) She's been wonderful to me,and I am currentley living with them. OCY has been closley watching on everything. The same with me. They have seen me more and have been asking me a lot more questions about my baby and everything.
Since my boyfriend and I are under 18 (right now 17) and living with his mother, if she screws up could this affect us? Can I stop them somehow?

Thanks.

I've got to know. I've been told by many that my frustration with people who don't believe that Al-Qaeda is a real threat comes from my "insider status" and knowing things about Al-Qaeda that the average citizen does not. I'd be able to stomach that, but I think that the attitude of the American public is directly related to our failure to think critically, conduct reasonable research, and our obsession with partisan politics.
Folks, make no mistake, these folks are trying to kill us and kill our way of life. They seek to build an Islamist Caliphate whose captial would be Baghdad, and from there oppress us all. I'm unloading no secrets. Look it up for yourself. They seek our annihilation. Our goal is to stop this from happening, however the adversary has launched an information campaign that keeps Americans arguing over partisan issues and who should have done what and when. We need to stand together as a country under one flag and fight together for the survival of our way of life.

I generally vote Democrat, and I'm going for Hilary... but I don't think there is a chance in hell a country like America could possibly vote for either a Woman or a Black Man... and yes, people do vote on that basis weather you like it or not (please no personal commentary like, "well, I'm a good moral person, so I would vote for...")

Does it look like we are gonna have a republican in the house next time around?
