I am 14 and is in the 8th grade how do i get into the Marine ROTC? i dont know if my school has it or is every school required to have that program?

ROTC is a college program. Not every school has ROTC. Pick a college that have a NROTC unit( Marines are commissioned via Navy ROTC)
if you want JROTC( High School) ..no, not every school is required to have it, and in fact many do not.

Relax.
Do well in high school than apply to the ROTC program. They will tell you all the schools the Navy ROTC has if selected you will train with your fellow sailors than do your time as a Marine after you get your degree.
