There is this slimy hippy political activist in the capital city of my state who mails out these fliers to everyone. These flyers are paper follded and taped with a stamp on them, so you can read most of what's on these flyers. Anyways, this jerk writes on the paper whether or not you voted over the last several elections, and somehow knows where i live even when i move.
Apparently he plans on doing this indefinitely. Is it legal? The mail handlers can read every word on this paper, and if my mail is mis-handled, anyone else can read it too.
It's not super private information, but can I sue this hippy?
