I've been playing this game online for about 4 years, and one of its players sent another player a death threat via MSN messenger, but got banned inside the game for it and the reason being that if the game developer failed to take action against the accused player and the other player took it to the law officials, that he could get in trouble as well. Is that true. Would the game itself be responsible if it didn't happen within the game?

I have a girlfriend who is Ukranian and we both plan to marry. By the time we get married I may be working in the US. What could be the legal implications or difficulties that i may be facing if I try to get her dependant visa sponsored by my employee.
When I visit India during our stay in US is it possible for her to get Visa to India from US itself instead of travelling back to Ukraine?

I have to fill out paperwork, and they're asking if "the qualifiying person lived with me the entire year?" He is with me during the school week, and with his dad one night a week, and on weekends, but the TIME spent at each household is almost equal. How do I explain this in this "form letter" from the state of CA so that I still qualify?

details on what happened and why I want to contest my ticket. I was making a turn and out of no where a car going very fast appears right on my back I had to accelerate so that the car does not hit me. I was protecting my-self from getting into an accident by speeding up "defensive driving". But just my luck there was a cop right on the next side street. He was not looking and when the cop turns, he sees me slowing down. I was slowing down because I was out of danger and 2 there was a red light in front. He assumed I was speeding, and did not even see the car that was behind me because he went around me and speed away before the cop could see him. I am pretty sure he did not see what happened. At first he was going to let me off but then I said it was my girlfriends car and everything changed.

Now that it has been firmly established that, at the time of her outing, she was DEFINITELY covert and working on WMD, particularly Iraq, issues;and that she had worked overseas and as a NOC for many years; can anyone still justify what the Bush Whitehouse, particularly Libby, Rove, Armitage, Cheney and, possibly Bush, did to undermine our national security and destroy the career of a dedicated covert CIA agent? Not to mention the many worldwide agents and operations that were compromised, conceivably killed, through their political vendetas? I look forward to the right wing nutcases that will inform me of some new, creative justifications for what was done. And please don't waste my time or yours by continuing to deny that she was both covert and a courageous American

Libs talk about Conservatives and how this is "our" war. Are there absolutely no libs serving in our armed forces?

I mean, our military is voluntary. If there are libs, why are they there? It's not like we have the draft as we did when the Democrats took over the Vietnam police action and turned it into a full-blown war.
You would think a few libs would have enlisted if nothing else but for the FREE college and government benefits?

Everyone seems to have some sort of complaint about the world. Most, complain, and put down the millitary and president, and dont do anything about their convictions. Dont like the president? Go Vote, or run yourself. Dont Like Politicians? Dont listen to em'. Dont like the war on "oil"? Ride a bike. Dont like America? Sign up and earn your right to b*tch about it! To the people who follow through with your convictions, and feelings, I commend you, to those who set on the couch all day doing nothing but gripe about everything, guess what? Your either part of a solution or part of a problem. Liberal, and dont like conservatives? get over it, or do something about it. Conservative and dont like liberals? Get over it or do something about it! Rascist? Noone said you had to like any race, but just shut up and dont force your tripe on the rest of us sane people! Im sorry guys, but am I the only one who sees that the way to peace is not by two sides dividing and griping about the other? ????

As my father is a registered firearms dealer, I have grown up around guns all my life. I am used to handling them, shooting them, and as such I know their power and limitations. I also know how to use them safely for competition shooting. I was granted a firearms liscence at the age of 14. Why then, do people assume that if I am familiar with weapons that I will go on a murderous rampage? As I have been taught the strict measures for handling firearms I am now much safer than I would have been otherwise. Surely this is a good thing? Would it not make sense to train all youngsters in this way, as I am convinced that this would greatly lower the number of violent crimes. People assume that knowledge of firearms automatically leads to violent crime, but as I have explained, the exact opposite effect occurs.

My adopted son's maternal grandmother is trying to get his birthmother to say she was coerced into the adoption. She's a control freak and an evil person.
My son's birthmom is 24. We have an open adoption and she sees my son every couple months. When she was pregnant, she sought out the adoption agency, she met my husband and I, she chose us, then she asked me to come to her doctor's appointments. She also asked me to be in the room whith her when my son was born. I only got involved as much as she asked me too. She seems very happy with the adoption but it still concerns me that her mom is trying to tell her to say she was coerced. I'm just trying to figure out what constitues coercion. If somebody could tell me, that would be great. We are supposed to formally adopt our son in a month. She's already terminated her rights.

It's nothing new, I realize that, but what's up with it? For instance, let's say special forces killed 17 insurgents in a pre-dawn raid outside of Tikirit. So then I hear some dude at Lowe's talking about he "we kicked their asses". We did? Or were you watching Springer on your recliner with a lap full of Cheetos? I understand the vets who served in the past talking about it, they fought and they get it. But does it seem right that while he gears up for a game of paintball, Johnny Wifebeater who didn't enlist because he didn't like being told what to do, compares himself to a Delta Force operator working in an Afghani village?

I'm enlisted and not leaving for a year, but my son will only be 2 and a half when I leave for 5 months of training, how do other military moms deal with seperation like that? I'm scared he won't remember me, when his father left when he was 1 for BCT and we went down to see him, he didn't remember him very well. I know this is something I want to do, but leaving my son with out him being able to understand and process what is going on is going to be hard. I can push the date I leave back, but it's a hard MOS to get into and if I don't go when the spot opens up I might not be able to go at all. I've been pondering other MOS's and they are a few I would get Permenant Party Status with, but would my son be able to move with me? I don't know if the Army would let us.

Boxer blames Bush for insufficient resources to fight the fire.
Doesn't she realize that this is almost entirely a function of state and local government? Yet, Bush is sending federal help due to the unprecedented nature of the fire.
