I have a girlfriend who is Ukranian and we both plan to marry. By the time we get married I may be working in the US. What could be the legal implications or difficulties that i may be facing if I try to get her dependant visa sponsored by my employee.
When I visit India during our stay in US is it possible for her to get Visa to India from US itself instead of travelling back to Ukraine?

You are being taken for the biggest ride of your life.At the end it will cost you Thousands of £££s or Dollars and more hassle than you dreamed possible.Across the board Ukrainian women are simply their for the Visa.Sorry to have to say this but its the truth and who the hell wants to eat Borshe forever and live in a house full of dirty plastic flowers.

yes but it takes a bit longer and costs a bit more from the Indian embassy
