Everyone seems to have some sort of complaint about the world. Most, complain, and put down the millitary and president, and dont do anything about their convictions. Dont like the president? Go Vote, or run yourself. Dont Like Politicians? Dont listen to em'. Dont like the war on "oil"? Ride a bike. Dont like America? Sign up and earn your right to b*tch about it! To the people who follow through with your convictions, and feelings, I commend you, to those who set on the couch all day doing nothing but gripe about everything, guess what? Your either part of a solution or part of a problem. Liberal, and dont like conservatives? get over it, or do something about it. Conservative and dont like liberals? Get over it or do something about it! Rascist? Noone said you had to like any race, but just shut up and dont force your tripe on the rest of us sane people! Im sorry guys, but am I the only one who sees that the way to peace is not by two sides dividing and griping about the other? ????

Sorry to say, but the world is indeed very much black and white. Pretty much every government, race, and religion, has had pne side, and another side to oppose it, if it wasnt black and white as say, there wouldnt be any arguements such as the ones around the world, and right here on this question.

Hatred is a fire that can devide and destroy a people. Hatred is festering in this country. Hatred for a President, for politicians, between political parties, between races. It is no longer a matter of dissagreeing but rather anger and hatred abound making discussion almost impossible. Someone that hates Bush will not even listen to alternative ideas but rather will scoff at the thought, the converse can also be true. We in this country have lost the ability to discuss. This is evident in Washington. They do not work together to make the Country better but rather fight each other to make the other party look bad. Then we follow suit. You bring up a very good point. Too bad that we cannot agree to disagree at times.

It all comes with free speech. Most people complain and do nothing about it. I think they are just venting. I do think that it is funny how you consider the world to be so Black and White. IE “Your are either part of the solution or part of the problem.“ Why can’t I just be on the sideline watching the world go by. I am not part of the problem or the solution. I think that racist people are at the very least honest with themselves. If I say I hate a particular race for what ever reason, at least that is honest. Now if I belong to the NAACP now just because I am Pro minority that some how makes me less racists? I don’t believe it’s that easy. I think most people hang around with people that they are comfortable with and that is usually their race. That doesn’t make them racists. My point is that the world is not black and white. There are a multitude of angles on every situation the truth of the matter is usually a balance of something in between.

I am with you. I wish more people would take action and run their mouths a bit less, but this is the world we live in. They will always find something to complain about.

It has been said that there are leaders and there are followers in this world. I have no need to follow nor the desire to lead. I can make up my own mind with out anyone’s assistance. Sometimes I choose to follow and sometime I end up leading, but they are always my choice.

The first amendment of the US Constitution says that all Americans have the right to free speech and that is the supreme law of the land. I serve in the Army National Guard now and I hear many positive and negative things about the military. Unfortunately, I have no right to stop people from voicing their opinions if they are negative, I can just continue doing my job.

I have written an article about war and the role of the US Military that I think everyone should read and give their opinion about it:

War and the Role of the U.S. Military

I do know of a particular article that downright insulted the military and devalued the soldier's worth as a human being. The website is currently down but when it goes back up, I will post the link for the article so everyone can read it.

I know what you mean man. I'm a conservative. I'm not for what Bush is doing, but he's the only one doing SOMETHING. I'm scared for this country because of the things you say.

Listen to Rush Limbaugh on the radio. He's truly inspiring, and I can't get enough of him. He inspires me to care, and to do something. The question of "what" I can do is something I've been asking myself more and more in the past weeks.

He's completely right when he talks about how ridiculous the media is. It's becoming a problem, and it scares me what this 'problem' will turn into.

PLEASE listen to the radio people... it TALKS about the issues, and DEBATES what the situation is on certain things.
He even tells you things that are covered up by the media, or simply too important to ignore (which the media does FARRR too much)

I hope Rush unites us again, because we aren't united anymore. Democratic bipartisanships are ruining this nation, and we need to get it back!!

Semper Fi: Always Faithful

I agree with your comments totally. You are one of FEW people I've seen on here with some sense. Everyone just needs to chill. It's a LOT worse on anonymous computer forums. Most people have the decency (and sense) to not act like such A-holes in public. That's why you see what you see. People will vent and say anything so long as they get to hide behind an avatar.

I agree with you. However it is easier for people to sit behind a computer and whine than it is to take action.
A majority of people on here have selection hearing and don't want to compromise or think of other ideas. Check out the religious section. LOL.
Anyhow I can go on and on but that is just the way it is.
Proud to have served for America and would proudly do it again.

Cody - I see the light.
We've become a polarized nation...where one is labeled either 'left' or 'right'.
Doesn't leave much room for the rest of us.

I hope we the people wise up and realize that in union there is strength, but divided, we fall.

And yes - if you don't make an effort to change and improve your world, then you have no right to complain about it when it doesn't go your way.

In other words: put up or shut up.

Don't' feel like a hypocrite for voicing an opinion. That is one of the most treasured rights as an American we have.

I always respect the right to opinion, no matter if I agree with it or not.

Lastly, as long as we all keep speaking ..... there's hope.

Semper Fi is a shortened form of Semper Fidelis. It's Latin for "Always Faithful".

something is incorrect if it infringes on a individual's organic rights. all every physique is entitled to issues which includes existence, liberty, and prosperity. So in case you kill a individual, you get rid of their existence. in case you placed them by means of dominance and abuse with out their consent, you get rid of their liberty. in case you scouse borrow their sources or money, you're affecting their prosperity. something is suited if it preserves those organic rights and promotes them for others. in case you save somebody, paintings to furnish human beings suffrage, or supply to charity, you're doing the perfect factor. although, the line between perfect and incorrect often turns into blurred. working example, think you kill a murderer who broke into your place to save your guy or woman kinfolk. in this occasion, we are able to dissect your strikes and are available to a call them individually to be the two perfect or incorrect. Killing the guy became incorrect, yet preserving your loved ones and sources became perfect. to that end, the variety of perfect strikes and the quantity of good that became finished is bigger than the evil, so which you would be perfect in this occasion.
