I have been searching the whole web but they don't have an answer for me. I'm planning to travel to another state with my bf, who is an immigrant, but all he has is a mexican passport and a matricula. I don't know if that will be valid enough to fly from one state to another.

I got a speeding ticket the other day. I was speeding to pass a driver who I think was drunk (swerving all over the road) and the officer radar gunned me when I was passing. I want to see if there is a way to keep it off my insurance. Someone told me I can do this by paying a higher fee and not getting a ticket again within a year (this is my first ticket ever and I've been driving for four years). Have you ever had a similar situation or gotten out of a speeding ticket in general?

I am studying the Holocaust and just read Night by Elie Wiesel. I talked with someone and he said that its in the past and things like that should be forgotten. My major is criminal justice and one of my main focus is researching older crimes. I like to read about victims. I think all the victims of the past deserve to be recongized. I wanted other people's opinions on this.

Here is one of the many things that Socialism can do to us!!

I'm sure you're gonna love reading this!

SSI and Medicare/Medicaid
What about this Tax payers?
If the immigrant is over 65, they can apply for SSI and Medicare/Medicaid and get more than my mom gets for Social Security, and she worked from 1944 until 2004, only getting $791 per month because she was born in 1924 and there is a "catch 22".

It is interesting that the federal government provides a single refugee with a monthly allowance of $1, 890.00 and each can also obtain an additional $580.00 in social assistance for a total of $2,470.00/month.

This compares very well to a single pensioner who after contributing to the growth and development of America for 40 to 50 years can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012.00 in old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement.

Maybe our pensioners should apply as refugees!

Consider sending this to all your American friends, so we can all be ticked off

Have a look at this question:

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AhBDDhtRLaFZkNb59Xp.eRvsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071016104954AAMX5jO

It asks: "Why do Libs base their environmental faith on the gospel of a two-time College Dropout?"

Some Y!A Libs spew DNC talking points about "scientific consensus." Yet when I ask them within the same question thread to validate their scientific claims, or provide links to someone who can, all we get are chirping crickets.

Here are the questions Y!A Libs run from like deer from wolves:

1 - What percentage of current climate change is attributable to man-made factors, and what percentage is attributable to random variation of the sun?

2 - Why is warming occurring on Mars?

3 - Why will the coders of global climate models not release their computer code?

4 - How are temperatures pre-1700 validated?

5 - Why do global climate models predict future warming, even when *RANDOM* values are input for past temperatures?

I picked up my paycheck drove straight to my bank and put my check into the my bank. Well a week or so later my bank tells me that my paycheck was returned because of non-sufficient funds on my employers part. So I went to my employer to tell them what happened and I was told that their bank had a system problem and that if I took the check to their bank I could get it cashed. So I take the check to my employers bank to get it cashed like I was told to do and the bank tell me that my employers account doesn't have enough money in it to cover my paychack so they can't cash it. Who do I talk to now? My employers is giving me the run around

I'm interested in a variety of answers. So, even Hillary supporters too.

(For people who like Hillary: do you get more worry or irritation when you find one or other Hillary-flaw as you see it /as you see her campaigning?)

I am American. Border laws are reciprical in all bordering nations.
What part of "illegal" is it that you do not understand.
Example: (To draw a picture). "I do not understand, if it is illegal for mexicans to come into America without going through the long INS hassle" why don't the law do something about it.
Could it possibly be it is the American who do not understand the word "illegal". Seems to me the Mexican understand it very well. Now jump in in my face and blame the politicians you elected.
I want my fair share of "huh"!, "What"? "I don't understand the question. "What the question ? I am giving you an out. I am a nice guy. Huh!

Why is it that this government not listening?

http://www.mensdefense.org/STM_Book/ChildSupport.htm

Does this government encourage greed in women? I can understand a deadbeet parent or dad for that matter but why does teh governement turn their backs on single men who actually pay and play a big role in their childrens lives? I am going through the same situation though I hadnt been married to my ex, but at a child support hearing not long ago she lied through her teeth about the time share we had, we both have joint legal and physical custody and I know it isnt just 50% each but she claimed I had 18%, bullsh**! I still got off paying less than what she was expecting (greedy bi*ch! ) but is this an on going trend now? Why is the government letting Child Suport Offices condone this? I am owe arrears not because I refuse to pay them or do not want to but i have had a job that didnt pay much and the county knows this, yet it took them 2 years to process the needed info to change it

The Supreme Court has several decisions protecting objectionable speech and actions as falling under the rights of expression and speech in the first amendment. The Klan is allowed to rally, lefties are free to burn flags, the Reverend Phelps can spew his filth at military funerals; wouldn't hanging a noose fall under the same category as that stuff?
