Some poster earlier indicated by their posting that these two men are related. Anyone have the real facts?

By the way, I heard that someone did the genealogy behind the Queen of England and found that she is part-Chinese from a liaison almost four thousand years ago.

From what I can see these two postings, mentioned above, are probably true. Anyone has the facts behind this?

...I'm referring to those people who believe that the Republicans stole the last election? I'm not judging or saying I agree, but there are many who feel that way, and I wonder if they will use the next Presidential election to exact revenge?

My Dad passed away 2 months ago. His girlfriend of 30 years made funeral home arrangements and used his pin to withdraw money from his bank to cover the costs. She had keys to his apt and cars and got rid of his clothes and personal items. She never lived with him and has not been apppointed administrator of his estate. No will has been located. I live overseas. My dad owed me $6000 when he passed away which is documented. He owned 2 cars, a utility trailer, and some construction equipment which GF intends to dispose of somehow. She has not been cooperative with me when I ask questions. I know I can hire a lawyer, but it will cost more than I will recover. Can the police stop her from proceeding, since she is not next of kin?

Rudy recently said, "Honestly, in most respects, I don't know Hillary's experience. She's never run a city, she's never run a state. She's never run a business. She has never met a payroll. She has never been responsible for the safety and security of millions of people, much less even hundreds of people."

Judge versus jury
Paul believes that juries deserve the status of tribunals, and that jurors have the right to judge the law as well as the facts of the case. "The concept of protecting individual rights from the heavy hand of government through the common-law jury is as old as the Magna Carta (1215 A.D.). The Founding Fathers were keenly aware of this principle and incorporated it into our Constitution." He notes that this democratic principle is also stated in Thomas Paine's "Rights of Man", Supreme Court of the United States decisions by Chief Justice John Jay, and writings of Thomas Jefferson. Paul states that judges were not given the right to direct the trial by "instructing" the jury.[118]

My PR is still under process. I am thinking to obtain a job first before I move to that country. I have 9 year of experience in MNC companies, University degree, and I am single (would it help?). In my country, your marital status will add their own point in employer's point of view, especially if you are single.

I've done A LOT of research on the presidential candidates for 2008, but I always end up confused! So please don't tell me I need to research it on my own. I've spent hours and hours on that, and I'm still confused. Biased articles, people changing there minds on things, it's hard to know WHAT to believe!

So here's a list of some issues & my views on them--

-health care- i think the government should do what they can to make quality healthcare available to those who wouldn't be able to afford it otherwise

-the war in iraq- i want it to end!

-gay marriage- i think same-sex couples should be able to obtain the same "legal status" (if that makes sense??) as heterosexual couples, WITH THE EXCEPTION of being able to adopt children

-the environment- i think we should be willing to spend money on protecting the environment
