If she gave you a proper Healthcare system like other civiliised countried have (ie one where poor people don't have to go without medical treatment because they can't afford it) you'd gain a lot of respect from the rest of the world.

I can't believe some the stuff in the previous answers. Health care for all, but at the price of increased taxes for all, and then you get cared for when and if a doctor is available. Look no further than Canada to see how be a flop National Health Care can become.
Osama bin-Laden is endorsing the Democrats in "08, and urging Americans to vote that way.
The reason this country is losing respect in the world today, is because of the U.S. Senate, and people like Hillary Clinton, Harry Reid, John Kerry, John Edwards, and others who are doing everything they can to make this country look bad by stabbing our military and President in the back.
If Hillary is elected President, would our country become Hilarious? No, but it would be a joke that enemies of the U.S. would enjoy, but there will be no laughing at home.

America will be great again if Hillary Clinton will be elected President since the international community will again respect the US a responsible superpower without invading poor countries.
