Is it possible to get a job in foreign country while you are still in your own country ?

My PR is still under process. I am thinking to obtain a job first before I move to that country. I have 9 year of experience in MNC companies, University degree, and I am single (would it help?). In my country, your marital status will add their own point in employer's point of view, especially if you are single.

I just want to know whether anybody has vever succeed.

For over 90% of the international job seekers, it is this way. I have applied for several postions in Spain. My friend knows of a girl who applied with the same agency and was sent to Japan right away. I am applying through USAJOBS.

The only thing you need and patience.

Apply for work in another country and when accepted it is the only time that you can apply for a visa.
