i have tried to apply before at US navy website but their application form is intended only for american citizens. so i just want to know how to apply if i am a filipino citizen. thanks.

Apply for your residency and go see a US Army recruiter and they will take care of you.

I believe Yak Rider & oneiloilo are right (& to some extent the US haven't really forgotten or forgiven the FIlipino people for kicking them out, yes twice--although I know some people do not believe in that myth). So the question is if you are a Filipino, then you should apply for the Philippine Army. Why not, when the PMA is patterned after West Point anyway.

if you are not a legal permanent US resident with a Green Card, you cannot enlist into any Branch of the US military. The agreement with the PI to allow Filipino Nationals to enlist directly from the PI ended the day the PI kicked us out.

Filipinos are no longer allowed to apply as US military personnel with the US bases already gone in the Philippines.
