To make thing worse, her insurance said that she is 100% at fault for making an unsafe lane change (which is not true). However, there are no witness and the police report didn't state that she is at fault. Also, the other driver was killed in the accident. Will they put her in jail if she didn't have anything to pay the family?

I went into the mall in my hometown today, and was stopped by a cop who made me leave. Apparently we are not allowed in the mall after six unless we are over the age of 19 or are accompanied by a parent. I am 18, and old enough to buy tobacco, buy a lottery ticket, own my own car, own a house, get something pierced, get a tattoo, and vote. But I am not allowed into the mall after six. I am just curious, would this ludicris rule infringe upon my constitutional rights?

In his sophomore year at Harvard, Gore's grades were lower than any semester recorded on Bush's transcript from Yale. That was the year Gore's classmates remember him spending a notable amount of time in the Dunster House basement lounge shooting pool, watching television, eating hamburgers and occasionally smoking marijuana. His grades temporarily reflected his mildly experimental mood, and alarmed his parents. He received one D, one C-minus, two C's, two C-pluses and one B-minus, an effort that placed him in the lower fifth of the class for the second year in a row.

For all of Gore's later fascination with science and technology, he often struggled academically in those subjects.

WASHINGTON – President Bush is ready to veto a contentious hate
crimes bill that was attached last week to a massive defense spending bill,
said the White House on Tuesday.

The Senate had attached the hate crimes legislation to the
high-priority defense spending bill – which includes funding for the Iraq War –
in a political maneuver to pressure Bush to pass the amendment.

However, the White House said Bush will not sign the hate crimes bill
into law.

“The president has said overwhelmingly that these are two separate
issues – that they should not be combined; and the president has
reiterated his commitment to vetoing the hate crimes provision,” said White
House spokesman

How does two items like this get tied together, it seems like a forced agenda to me what do you think?
The hate crime bill is not what you would consider a beating but a disagreement on life styles (Homosexuals)
Y do U being diffrent have to change us or go to jail?

This isn't a question. I just wanted to say, "Thank You" to all of you who are serving, and who have served in the Military! Thank you for risking your lives to save mine and others. Thank you for sacrificing your families to go out there and do what you do when no one else is brave enough to do it. You all deserve so much for what you have done for us and our Country. And thank you to those families who deal with the loneliness, and grief of missing your loved ones. Without you, and without our Soldiers, we would not have what we do. I know sometimes we forget about what you all do, and we take what we have for granted without remembering 'why' we have the life we do, and I wanted to take the time and write this message to all of you, and say, "Thank You" from the bottom of my heart. My husband and I and our son are grateful for what you are doing for us and for our Country. And I'm so sorry for what you have to endure doing so,and the post war experiences that make life hard at times

to confuse people into thinking global warming on Earth is due to he sun... when the article they posted says nothing about it?

This article that some con posted says nothing about the sun warming Jupiter. It says Jupiter is moving on its 70 year cycle, meaning it is getting "warmer near the equator and cooler at the poles."

Just think about it: Some of this week’s awards from the Nobel Committee went to people who must seem like the anti Christ to our pretentiously pious President, George W. Bush. For starters, the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine went to Mario R. Capecchi, Martin J. Evans and Oliver Smithies who were recognized for a series of ground-breaking discoveries concerning embryonic stem cells! OH MY GAWD!

And, of course, this morning, the darkest of dark news descended on the White House when Bush’s nemesis Al Gore shared the Nobel Peace Prize with the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change! ARMAGEDDON IS SURELY UPON US!

Okay, fair is fair. If we applaud one side, let’s give the other a nod as well. After all, we now live in a country in which war is peace and Fascism is democracy, good is evil and up is down. Nothing is as is was and nothing at all is as it should be. So why not enter the looking glass reality of George W. Bush and acknowledge what he has managed to ‘accomplish’ in so short a time?

I am not a student, I was born and lived in Cali. for 26 year. I then moved to Montana and have been living here since. I just won 100% custody of my kids and am free to move back. But the court says that as lond as I am still a Montana resident I will have to continue court up here. How long does it take to become a legal resident of the state again, or what can I do to speed it up.

thanks

I`m no fan of this administration, but saying that the President of the United States caused the death of 3,000 innocent Americans in a terriost act is ridicioulus. I live above a restaurant in Chicago & they are constantly blaring their music, having “Parties”, Bean Bag Tournaments, Karaoke, &worst of all… They let their extremely intoxicated patrons use a bull horn to scream stupid stuff & using the “sound” functions - All night I hear the Drunk-White-Girl-Battle-Cry! “WEEE-OOOO! YEAH!”

I have asked them to keep their patrons under control but they never do anything… They will turn the music down for a song or 2 then turn it right back up... They NEVER take the bull horn away!

I have started to call the cops with noise complaints when it gets out of hand & have called more then 6 times in the last 3 months.

I DO want them to keep their drunken patrons calm but I don’t want them shut down!

That would make the land lord VERY moody& I just don’t want to deal with that…

If I don’t call, I can’t sleep.

If I do call, how many times until they can’t renew their business license?

p.s. I can't move until I get a more stable income.

-The idiot Bush for pushing so hard for war.
-The idiot US Congress for being too scared not to vote in favor of it.
- Or the idiot American people for giving their full support for it in 2003.

Personally I think they all need to take a good look in the mirror & ask why they all are the biggest bunch of ignorant hypocrites on the planet (& they wonder why so many around the world can't stand them).

The officer issued me a ticket in the form of citation. Or at least that is what he called it.
The problem is I can't find out on the ticket itself, how much I have to pay?.
It was a speeding ticket, 44 in a 30.
I was just cruising down a hill, with my foot off the gas, with the music blasting as I do every night.
The cop pulled me over, and you know the rest.
The officer showed me on the ticket where I had to show up to court, and when.
Do I have to show up to court in order to find out how much I have to pay?
He said something about sending it in, what happens next?

(I WILL ADD DETAILS IF YA"LL ASK)
