... or put them up for adoption? People lose their children every day for negligence and abuse. Is it really not abusive to put a child in circumstances that could so easily result in losing both parents to deportation?
Child Protective Services investigates and evaluates homes when neighbors call with worries for children they see neglected or abused. Should this be considered the same? Worse?

Yes, I'm saying they have two choices:
Take the children with them or put them up for adoption. Normally, they leave the children with family or friends, most of whom are non-English speaking and disloyal to American law. Being raised by such people would prevent American values from being instilled in the kids. Adoption demand is always higher than supply.

I think you have come up with a great idea but don't think it will ever happen. Perhaps children born to illegals should not be considered as citizens then there would be no problem!!

No that dose not satisfy the Child Protective Services, definition of Abuse ,Neglect Or Exploitation. 10 days after removal of a child from the custody of their parents, You Have am Ex-Parte hearing to show documented proof of the legal reasons for your decision removing the child from the parents custody. Also the Child has an attorney appointed to represent their interest before the Court.!

Illegals who gave birth in America should decide what to do with their children when they are finally ordered to be deported. They have parental authority over their kids, therefore, nobody can stop them from taking their kids with them.

I wouldn't say put them up for adoption that would have to be the parents choice and if we took them it would overload our child protective services but I would say they have to take them with them the child could then return later at the age of 18 maybe provided they have a clean record.

It`s simpler if they just leave with the kids ahead of time and avoid deportation. To me,it`s abandonment if the illegals go back w/o their kids-that`s abuse. It`s their own fault-nobody forced illegals to come here and who says we have to be responsible? We have to take care of our own first.

you're right, it isnt abuse to put a kid in such circumstances because the parents are more than welcome to take their kids with them...and if they do suffer...they only have their parents to thank for that ....but it is just so convenient for the parents to make our laws "abuse" as it provides a base for playing the "compassion card".

Criminals, illegal aliens, should take their children with them. Does not matter what country they, the children, are born in, they are not citizens of America.

Only if the child is a US citizen, if the child is illegal, they shouldn't be allowed to leave them at all.
