to confuse people into thinking global warming on Earth is due to he sun... when the article they posted says nothing about it?

This article that some con posted says nothing about the sun warming Jupiter. It says Jupiter is moving on its 70 year cycle, meaning it is getting "warmer near the equator and cooler at the poles."

I don't post links to websites as you claim, I just ask that you stop running from these questions about your theory:

1 - What percentage of current climate change is attributable to man-made factors, and what percentage is attributable to random variation of the sun?

2 - Why is warming occurring on Mars?

3 - Why will the coders of global climate models not release their computer code?

4 - How are temperatures pre-1700 validated?

5 - Why do global climate models predict future warming, even when *RANDOM* values are input for past temperatures?

I'll also complain that you maintain that "consensus" is science, and that you use a bivariate causal analysis when many variables are involved.

In the mind of a Con, all they need to convince themselves of something is a semi-related story. Even though Jupiter is a completely different planet with a totally different atmosphere, Cons will accept that as proof. Just more proof of how scary the Cons can be.

Atmosphere is what controls the temperature entering as well as escaping our planet. When we pump billions of tons of pollution into the atmosphere every day, it has its effects on our environment. How hard is that idea to grasp?

I'm convinced that Cons and Reps only dispute the idea that humans are responsible for the warming of the earth because Al Gore is a spokes person about global warming. Had it been someone from their side they would agree. They know that if they agree with Al Gore on any issues then they'll be forced to acknowledged some of his other ideas so just fight everything that comes from the left, even if it's irrelevant to politics. Al Gore could say the sky is blue and the Cons/Reps will fight tooth and nail that the sky is in fact green. It's really sad to see what the conservative party has devolved into. Just another reason not to vote for these clowns.

to answer your question, because it supports their delusional conclusions. That is what they do. look for and spin facts to support their beliefs, rather than change their beliefs to match the real facts.

What is really funny, is the people who claim Warming is occuring on Mars, Jupitor, and Pluto, while claiming the sun is causing it. Why is this so hilarious? Because most of that warming is speculation. Not anything concrete. The same people have been claiming Mars has water on it, when scientists are only detecting Hydrogen, which doesn't have to be water, especially in the absence of O2. Meanwhile they ignore the fact that Venus isn't warming outside of any normal weather patterns. Would almost seem to be a requirement to link the sun, considering it is closer to the sun the the other ones named.

Global Warming is not caused by man. It's caused by a normal cycle. Libs are not smart enough to realize that. How do you explain it was hotter 100 years ago than it is now when there weren't millions of cars on the road and thousands of airplanes in the sky to pollute the air?

Remember most Republicans/conservatives accept that human activity is changing our climate. Even Dubya is now on board.
