No! only God knows when it is going to end. It is written that he will come like a thief...cos since when will a thief announce his arrival? Our world situations and conditions are just suggesting that it is near only...well, we are living on borrowed time but fret not if you know where you're going...and if we should live to see that day which I wish not...we go together...so for now, be good and live on!...pal.

Star...my husband and I were talking about this because he watched some show on the History channel where predictions were saying 2012, in December of 2012, the world would come to an end.

Anything is possible. I find your question interesting since a lot of "end of the world" prophecies seem to center around that year. For instance, the Mayan calendar ends on Dec. 21, 2012. Also, a Catholic saint during the Middle Ages went on pilgrimage to Rome, and while en route, went into a trance and listed the names of all the popes, including future ones. According to him, we are on our 2nd to last pope.

It is more likely that we will still be in the curent global war on terror rather than another world war. The myan calander ends in 2012.

NO!...The world has been predicted to end by nut cases for hundreds of years. None of them have been right yet.
