Dottie....I'm trying to find someone that I have never met. I know her name, I know she lives in Georgia....how do I find her "marriage record" for free...I don't know what county she was married in....but I know the last place she lived..Bogart,ga

Not stalking...trying to divorce a friend of mine...that has not seen her in 10 years...would like to find her so they can get divorced....

Sounds more like stalking. I don't understand why you want to find her, and her marriage record. I suggest an ad in the personal column.

Try a phone book or call information?
Do you mean just anybody or people that have been thru your county's judicial system? If you mean "criminals", see if your county's clerk of courts has a website with dockets that you can search.
