on what they do or do not do. Is all of the news from that region really coming from legitimate sources, or is it being filtered through and added to by anti-iranian sources who simply want the United States to step in and bomb those people? and no, I am not on Ahmadinejad's side. But I did read a translation by AN Iranian and compared it to a translation by a US translator and there are significant differences in what each source says. Certain of Columbia students noticed that also. Why the hll can't our government just be HONEST about serious issues?
We look like fools sometimes.


Also why is it that when the president's ratings fall, all of a sudden some binLaden tape surfaces, we hear about it for a week or so, and then we hear no more about it?

I fear we have placed ourselves in a position where we are nearing that time when we fall on our own sword...

I have heard people on here comment that they would NEVER learn another language. And, others say they specifically will never learn Spanish. This is a great article that explains what business fields search for which languages, and, explains the obvious reasons for employers to seek bilingual employees. Truthfully, I was surprised that Spanish wasn't the most sought after language professionally. Will this affect your learning a second language- or at least not see it as "unpatriotic" to speak another language?

It's been a common myth that some anti-war folks spit on soldiers returning from Vietnam, though no evidence or photos or video has ever been shown to prove this event. Regardless, wouldn't Limbaugh's attempted smearing of veterans be an equivalent to spitting on soldiers?

I personally think this is not the way to behave if he "supports the troops."

Now I know this mere question is likely to upset the unthinking types on Yahoo! Answers, but I urge you to post some kind of link proving you've done research to prove Limbaugh's lies that he was referring to only one soldier, etc.

I honestly believe that if it could be made ethical, then this should be enforced. There is NO POINT in bringing an unwanted baby into the world, if it is just going to suffer. It's generally believed that people are how they are because of they way they were brought up and the experiences they go through, so if two people are not fit to bring up a child, I don't think they should be allowed to make a baby.

It's an insult that 15 yr olds can get pregnant in a public park whilst boozed up on cheap cider, yet loving couples are barren.

If I post a question stating my opinion on an issue and asking for other people's opinions, I have NO problem if someone politely says "I disagree with you. I think this....." but if someone says "OMG! How can you think that, what an idiot you are!!!" then I will be offended, YET if I mention it to the user, I am told that I am unfair as I get upset if people disagree with me. Untrue!
