Does a political group should obtain a permission from the authorities prior undertaking a mass-meeting, a march or a demonstration? Do authorities can forbid this action because of some reasons, for example, in order to manage without traffic congestions etc?

Thanks.

Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, the Columbine killers, Cho Seung-hui and Tyler Peterson, the Wisconsin sheriff's deputy, all shot and killed multiple people over perceived slights. How could people just take some guns and decide to do this? Were these people just born wrong in the first place? Some people I suppose, have an innate violent nature about them, what Michael Vick and dogfighters would call "game", I suppose.

Any experience with potential psychopaths that you all can share? Have you been afraid of anyone? Do you understand the mentality?

MEDFORD, Ore. - High school English teacher Shirley Katz insists she needs to take her pistol with her to work because she fears her ex-husband could show up and try to harm her. She's also worried about a Columbine-style attack.

"This is primarily about my Second Amendment right and Oregon law and the simple fact that I know it is my right to carry that gun," said Katz

"I have that (concealed weapons) permit. I refuse to let my ex-husband bully me. And I am not going to let the school board bully me, either."

Virginian Tech has blood on it's hands because of foolish anti-gun policies like this. I say let the teachers and students (18+)who have permits carry their weapons!

America is known over the years for acting out of loving motives. A lot of people the world over recognise this and look to America as the great hope. Now by an aberration some in America have been pushed towards immoral methods such as torture and secret prisons. Any 'gains' through these methods are lost many times over by their disheartening effect inside and outside the USA. America is much better than this, and the poverty of these methods needs to be exposed. What do others think?

ok. so my close friend and I have worked for the company abercrombie and fitch for almost two years, yeah the one that the guys were taking pictures of girls, well anywho, so it happens to be that our managers are getting a little too comfortable at work and use really foul language when telling us what to work on, I had told them about it before that I dont like the way they talk to me but nothing ever changes, and if it does it gets worst. well this past saturday while working my friend was talking to another co worker and when one of the managers grabbed her behind and she turned around and hit him.

well she begins to feel more uncomfortable so decides to ask to go home and he said no, so she just grabs her stuff and leaves.

what can she do about this?

Think about it.

Democracy was founded way before any Christian document was every written.

Would go far as to say that it is based on a Pagan Values System rather than a Christian one?

I am thinking about doing ROTC throughout college--and hoping for a career field in intelligence.
When I get out of the AF, I would like a government job with the Pentagon, or Department of State, etc., (I know going through AF does not automatically guarantee me a job anywhere--but it could possibly)
I know someone who was an intelligence officer and she said that I have to be very specific on what type of intelligence work I want to do, IF I want a governement job when I get out. She said, for example, it would be pointless to do intelligence where I am just working with planes and different types of aircraft. She said I'd need to do counter terrorism, defense, etc.,

She also mentioned that as an officer in the AF, you give orders instead of doing--most of the time, if not, then all of the time. What I wondered is if anyone has had ANY experience with ROTC (particularly intelligence--and if they knew anything about working in counter terrorism)?

Ok, so here's the deal... If you need the explanations they're all around you...

1) She speaks spanish... she speaks spanish perfectly... what is she like...5? Her backpack even speaks spanish perfectly!

2) That backpack of hers has EVERYTHING in it! And we're talking everything! Life support, water/food, clothing for any weather, ropes, grappling hooks, shoes.... i mean c'mon!

3) She's carrying a freaking ZOO with her! I mean, she has a monkey, an band of insects, a bajillion other animals! Really! What kind of legal immigrant has that many pets!?

4) She's always on an "adventure" to transport a "package" to some destination and is always being stalked by a person trying to take that package... i mean... really, Swiper is so obviously some sort of border patrol person trying to collect evidence of Dora's entire narcotics trafficking buisness

The evidence is so obvious and around you guys! And they're even poisoning our little children with them... Who wants our toddlers to grow up knowing spanish before english?! Even if it's the USA...

I was wondering if anyone has a link to a site that listed what diffrent injuries rated money wise upon settlement. Like a chart that would show what an average total knee replacement yeilded at settlement.

She is in illinios if that helps.

What is it that makes you go through with the process of allocating your preferences?
