My mom was hurt at work and had to have a total knee replacement. The medical prtion is not done yet but is getting close so it is getting closer to settlement time.

I was wondering if anyone has a link to a site that listed what diffrent injuries rated money wise upon settlement. Like a chart that would show what an average total knee replacement yeilded at settlement.

She is in illinios if that helps.

Or if anyone else got a settlement for same injury

I could get you to the right place if I knew your state. Your mom definitely qualifies for workers comp... no doubt.

Btw, don't listen to the other answer... do NOT contact the company until you have called your state capital workman's comp office.

Ask the company of your mother if they have a compensation package for injuries incurred while in or out of work.
