you have to collect all your education proofs till graduation and need 7 bands in IELTS , then apply for student visa in australia, see australian website for details, you will get student visa and after studying 2 years in australia you can apply pr visa. assessments are required if some professional want to get pr in australia. for that contact some immigration company.
