Why not? All you need is a high enough IQ to be a member.

None that I can think of have a particularly high IQ, but then again they chose to become politicians which demonstratively proves a lack of intelligence in my opinion.

Some might qualify, but most would not really care to be bothered with that sort of nonsense.
