and fire not working propery i have reported many times to the housing office asnd they have said they would send some body down but have not come . i have even been to the advice centre and they phoned them up and they said the would come and they did not turn up please can you help me who can i go to that will will do something about it . i am banging my hewad on a brick wall

My truck got keyed a month ago the kids mom said she would pay me in payments and even signed a letter I wrote out that she would pay me in 4 months , but I have not seen one penny and now she says that she is not going to give me adime and I have no proof just her word against mine. I told her she signed the letter takeing responsibility and she tells me the Judge will not go by a signature he needs proof is that true? I dont know what to believe , her sons name is Brian and there is a big B on the drivers side if my truck is that not enough?Please help I have 3 days to take her to court should I ?

i won a bid on ebay for a job lot of dvds only to find out they were all pirate copies,it has taken two months to get some of my money back the creep sent me £20 saying he would send the rest next week ,like a fool i sent him some of the dvds back believing he would send the rest of my money i am still waiting.i have kept seven dvds and all the paperwork,ebay don,t want to know.can anyone help

today a young man knocked on our door, my husband answered, the young man gave him a card which read. I am from poland, i am an immigrant, i have no money & want to go to college, please, please give me some. MY husband shook his head & told him to go away. I am worried abot people living alone & the elderly, we live in derbyshire uk. My question is this. Is what he did legal? Has it happened to you? what would you have done? I thought the goverment helped immigrants with this sort of thing, unless of course there illegall's.

My husband has a 4year old son. We were recently married. My new mother in law took her grandson from the wedding to her house so he can spend the night with her. His mother said she wanted him back on Sunday morning. When his mother picked him up my mother in law gave her an attitude. Anyways needless to say my husand found out and was very mad at his mother. He does not want there to be conflict. M mother in law said she lied and now she is pissed. She told me over the phone that she will wait a few weeks then call her lawyer and sue her grandsons mother for grandparent rights. She wants everyother weekend and 2 weeks in the summer. MY husand gets his son every weekend. Is it possible for her to do this or can my husband stop it? I havnt said anything to him about it as I was just informed. He is at work and I really dont want to get him mad. I will however tell him when he gets home. I would just like an insight on the legal views of this if possible

I am buying a house with my fiance and we will need to close together. However I am unable to close with him at the time, so I am wondering about a limited power of attorney form, and If I can buy one or get more information on this?

I heard of cases were a 17 year old had sex with a 15 year old and he went to jail for missdemenear sexual assualt but an 18 year old with 17year old could that be a felony stautory rape or a missdomenear.How is it in most states and give examples of states with diffrent laws.

I love the military period, i love the training, and how it works, i used to be in JROTC ( junior reserved opportonity training corps) i think its like that lOl well anyways, i just love the hard training, and i said to myself im going to be in the Navy, but now i have a wonderful boyfriend whom ive been with for 9 months, he says if i go that he will leave me....He thinks it will be long disstant but i told him when you sign up you just go for training unless they really need you, and one of my problems is that i hate bush, even though i love military i just despise that man, i have my reasons, sorry but Bill clinton was 10x of a better president then George Bush, but besides that wth should i do?

I am all in favor of people with disabilities having all the same rights as me. But in this case I have to wonder. My neighbor Achboro ( think that's how it's spelled) got his permit and now he has been shooting everything around his house. I have had to replace two windows, 3 plastic flamingos and a door bell.

He told me that he was only trying to shoot down the planes that made too much noise that interfered with him watching American Idol.

Should I call the police, or simply shoot off his satelite dish so watching TV won't be an issue.

Just look at their history and you will see that bloodlust is in the American psyche.

First the Indians got in their way so they commited a genocide (killing at LEAST 2 million).

Then the blacks got “uppity” and demanded equality so they lynched many thousands (the killers repeatedly acquitted by all white juries).

Now the Muslims are the targets of their hatred.
Thank goodness I’m not a Muslim - there is no limit to the bloodthirstiness of Americans.

i am a roofing contractor. i'm doing a job for a general contractor that is 5 months behind schedule.(not because of me. the entire job has been this far behind) the owners of the building are very upset about this and have set thier own finish date for oct 29th. they are threatening to bring in another roofing company to finish the roof and have me pay for it. remember, this is from the owners of the bldg not the general contractor. this bldg was scheduled for a finish date of aug of 07. they are still sheetrocking the 3rd floor. the roof should be complete in 4-5 weeks. do the owners have the right to do this? i have called my atty and am waiting for him to call me back. what are my legal rights? any feedback is welcome. i reside in utah but the job is in idaho.

I was prompted to post this question after I read a question (or rant) from a conservative poster who suggested that overly permissive liberals were making the US an unfit place to raise children. I would like to know how the liberal parents here raise their children. What values do you teach your children? How do you discipline them? I would like details, please.
