I am all in favor of people with disabilities having all the same rights as me. But in this case I have to wonder. My neighbor Achboro ( think that's how it's spelled) got his permit and now he has been shooting everything around his house. I have had to replace two windows, 3 plastic flamingos and a door bell.

He told me that he was only trying to shoot down the planes that made too much noise that interfered with him watching American Idol.

Should I call the police, or simply shoot off his satelite dish so watching TV won't be an issue.

I know a couple blind guys that have more situational awareness than quite a few sighted people. I trust the blind guys rather than those that are always in White Condition.

Uh....sounds like your neighbour has more problems than just being blind. Don't make his problem a problem for you with the police by shooting down his satelite dish as tempting as that may be lol. I would call the police and report it though because what if your near one of the windows or whatever and he shoots (accidentally) you! Putting up with this and replacing plastic flamingos is one thing I doubt if you want to put up with maybe a plastic arm or worse right?

What?
I thought before reading your description - that maybe he purchased a gun for safety reasons and that I could understand. But if he's shooting randomly - at airplanes for making noise - you got a problem there. I would file a report with the local police and make them aware.

i think of you're asking if states could desire to be compelled to precise standard a cover carry enable from yet yet another. initially, i'm an excellent supporter of hid carry. i think of of that it fairly is stupid all states do now not comprehend diverse states' CHL. i do now not think of of that the federal government has the criminal authority (constitutionally) to alter a state's specific gun regulations. and that i actually do now not % the federal government regulating hid handgun licenses. That leaves the door open for Liberals (cough Obama cough) to unilaterally removing my rights. i think of that possessing and wearing a gun are a suited, even with the shown fact that the this is the present project is it fairly is extremely sensible have a licence to hold. i will %. my battles one after the different.

Call the police. It's illegal to discharge a firearm in a residential area. Flamingos have rights, too.

If you think this is funny, you've missed the mark by a mile...much like your blind neighbor.
