he actually said:

"the imam said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time"

people twisted this into meaning that he wanted to wipe israel off the map. AJad clarified later, saying "are we to understand that allowing the original inhabitants of these lands - inside and outside Palestine - whether they are Christian, Muslim or Jew, to determine their fate, runs contrary to principles of democracy, human rights and the teachings of prophets?"
he's saying that displacing palestinians from their home goes against the principles of democracy. also, Israel denies rights to people that aren't Jewish: that's not a very democratic principle either.

the media doesn't tell you this, because it doesn't make for good tv. the media always focuses on the negative side of things.

As I'm sure you've heard, Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) has garnered much support with his message of freedom and upholding the Constitution, particularly with restoring our civil liberties and opposing a foreign policy that has cost our country thousands of lives and billions of dollars.

The Constitution provides careful limits, beyond which, under no circumstances can our government pass. It allows political decisions based on what's best for the FREEDOM of the people of this country. Not what's "best" for "the people". No one knows what's "best" for "the people". The details of "best" are best left to the individual.

Ron Paul, in my opinion, is the only candidate that gets this and is prepared to mend the most important document of our country which has been treated w/ about as much respect by the Bush administration as toilet paper.

In honor of Constitution Week, I've donated to his campaign (RonPaul2008). If you support Ron Paul, have you/will you also, or just talk the talk?

OK here is the problem... My cousin is a Security Officer at a rather large mall. This mall has a very popular night club that is open wed. - sat. nights till 2 am. Up till last night he has always checked on people that came outside the club ( the club will not allow the security company to have officers work inside the club itself, since they use off-duty city cops, but the company is responsible for the rest of the mall, including the parking lot.). Last night his sergeant got onto him for checking on a woman that was clearily drunk and didnt have a designated driver. He was told that it is not their responsibilty to check on people coming out of the club, but the club had to do it. Now, he is in a " damned if ya do, damned if ya dont" situation. Should he continue to check on these people, or should he turn his head and hope and pray they dont get in a wreck and kill themselves or someone else? Let me know what yall think.

My (female) cousin's boating club has a guy I know who has a history of sexual assault on women, which this club is 70% comprised of. He's been with this club for 3 years and I only discovered this last year when she mentioned his name to me. I notified her about his history and advised her to pre-warn the club president so at least he's aware. She wouldn't do it because the guy is a model citizen since he joined.

My concern came true last month: he attempted rape on one female boatmate in his car after an post-race party. He's now in jail. The club is in shock. My cousin is speechless. The club president is now angry at my cousin for knowing about this for the last year. And I am angry she chose benefit of the doubt.

Can the victim sue my cousin because she knew this guy's history and kept mum? Am I also liable by association even though I have nothing to do with the victim and the boating club?

I'm getting concerned there's a going to be a chain reaction of legal events.

G Bush 1 is a part of the Carlisle group. It is a documented fact that GHW Bush was in a meeting with the Bin Ladenfamily wile the attacks of 9/11 were happening.

It is also a documented fact that both families have been involved in the Carlisle Group.

Bush 1 & 2 and many of their cronies never questioned the purchase of an American Port by the Dubai Interest, Now there is little question, other than for appearances sake about the purchase of the NASDAQ by the same Dubai Interest.

Now the Dubai Interest are purchasing the Carlisle Group.

Does anyone else have alarm bells going off?

I have ceased to use the toilet and gone back to diapers. It's been about three months now. I'm in my mid-20's. At work it's no problem since I work in a saw-mill, and no one can hear them, or really smell them (the overpowering smell of sawdust, combined with industrial sized fans). The bathrooms there are disgusting, so it's nice not having to use their toilets. I wear overalls anyway, so no one can really see them. No, I don't have a medical need; I just wear them because they are MUCH more convenient, and very comfortable. There have been a number of studies recently, showing it's much healthier for your bowels and bladder to wear diapers and just go right when you have to, rather than holding it all day until you can get to a bathroom. Society tells us we have to use the toilet. I say, why should I have to? So, my question is, if my employer finds out, can I get into some kind of trouble since I technically don't have a NEED to wear them?

using the phrase a little WHITE lie is very prejudice and not the right thing to do.

Isn't it more more pictureque and memorible for us to stop using THAT phrase and replace it with.......

.......alittle "BUSH" lie?

it sure tells us what a lie can get to! (and politically & historically correct too, very educational )

(may we NEVER forget)

and I like our president.....oops, I told alittle "Bush" lie !!!!!
