Not only does Jena prove injustice but look at all these actors, actresses and pro ball players and basically anyone in a high society figure (Paris Hilton, Michael Vick) they prove the same thing. So, yes it does.

i don't see how the Jena case shows the judicial system is unfair. the case isn't over yet. what the DA decides to pursue is not a measure of how fair/unfair the judicial system. it depends upon whether or not they're PROVEN guilty.
