Are they trying to look bigger? They all do it...look at our political leaders and religious leaders. From Mao and Hitler on down to George Bush and the Pope. And more...look at your local church elders. The mayor. School principals trying to get everyone to be quiet at assemblies (and don't tell me school assemblies arn't a fascist invention). It's rife.

Not being willing to go into someones vagina the way that republicans want to, didn't he essentially condone abortion. Which believe it or not did happen at that period in history as well. Or are republicans just smarter than him?

We are required to have a pre-sixth grade physical. This was completed, and the required form completed by the MD. However, I submitted the form without the blood pressure, pulse, ht and wt, since that is personal medical information. (It was normal). The MD checked the box that says "no restrictions."
The school has just told my son today he cannot attend school tomorrow because the form was incomplete. The principle quoted "FERPA" but would not provide written documentation of the law stating we MUST comply with providing the PMI. I have phone calls into numerous departments trying to find an answer to this. No response from any. The HIPAA office does not answer, either. The people in the school "nurse's" office are not nurses. They are not bound by HIPAA. What happened to our right to privacy?

Black boys (BB) go to a party that they were invited to but were denied entry when they got there by a group of whites. The whites beat up the blacks using fists and beer bottles. Only 1 white man charged, and that was a misdemeanor battery charge. The white man served no time, paid no penalty & was given probation. No hate crime was filed although he said the party was for whites only. I personally believe the charges fit the crime. 2 days later one of the white boys racially mocks of one of the BBs who got beat up at the party. White boy then gets punched in face. There’s conflicted testimony re: if white boy lost consciousness. He was hit multiple times. Fight occurs at school so white boy goes to hosp. & is released within 2 hours with no damage except for a swollen eye and a few bruises. BBs are charged with a Felony assault bec. "a tennis shoe was a deadly weapon". BBs have huge bond, go to jail. These charges don't fit.
Tennis shoe vs beer bottle, which is deadlier?

who else thinks this andrew meyer, the tasered student from the university of florida, got what he deserved? i'm sick of hearing people complain about how this is some sort of attack on the first amendment. this was not censorship. this was a police response to a moderator asking them to calm down an overzealous conspiracy nut who was being nothing more than a nuissance. depending on what video you watch you can see a moderator asking the police to step in and get the guy under control. he refused to calm down. then it looks as if the moderator asked to have him removed. again he refused. they were within their rights to arrest him after that on grounds of disorderly conduct. he resisted arrest and so they tased him. let's say someone was doing that at your church, or in a classroom. would we even give it a second thought?

For the record I want to state that I am in no way involved in white supremacy or a bigot at all. I am asking this merely from a curiousity point of view.

I could understand it being a crime if you are a member of a white supremacy group that is responsible for murders, arson, and other crimes but what about just being a member of a "harmless" white supremacy group; whether that is the right choice of words I don't know but what I meant is that the group is not directly related to actual crimes. The group is there just to preach white power/supremacy and all that but does not get involved with murders and such.

So, is it a crime to be involved with a white supremacy group in general or just the ones that cause actual harm?

The Democrats lost yet another round to Bush. Now he can listen to whoever he wants, when he wants, and doesnt have to explain anything to the liberals!

Besides, if youre not doing anything wrong, then you have nothing to worry about, right?
