Why not use Hebrew number they love the Jews so much and why do you use Arab oil use bagels to run your car and stop eating pita bread eat motza instead.

Arabic numerals, which the Arabs adapted from from Indian scholars, had long been introduced into the writing of Europe before there was even an America. Why on earth would Americans use Hebrew numbers?

Yea Americans do not hate Arabs.
They don't like terrorists but they make business deals with Arab countries everyday.
Plus eating pita bread doesn't have anything to do with our feelings towards Arabs

We don't hate Arabs. At least the vast majority of us don't. I could just as easily ask why Arabs eat at McDonalds if they hate America so much. Both questions would be idiotic though.

We don't hate arabs. We just hate the ones that won't hand over their oil for free. And the ones that think pita bread is arabic.

We can like your food and everything, we just dont like those of you, who explode. Jews dont explode see. Thats why we like them better. But your food tastes better for sure.
Another thing, when you put bagels in a gas tank it just gets all mushy and messed up, the car wont run at all. Thats why we dont run them on bagels.
The other problem is you guys are sitting on all our oil. :P

because its inherited in American culture, we dont look at it as being an Arab thing, so we probably just accept that it was here before terrorism became to wide spread
