to take a job with a competitor part time.I am also cutting back on my own hours with current employer. There are sveral other employees that have cut back on there own hours and worked for a competitor. The day after I told my current employer my plans( and they werent happy) I was told it was time for my review and also told that I have had a sexual harrasment complaint. They will not give me any details and only want me to sign a statement that places me on probation. It would seem to me they are trying to get rid of me.any advice?

Don't sign anything and speak to an employment attorney.

You should have the right to details of the harassment charges. If they won't give them to you, they can't punish you for it (legally).

Don't sign nothing. They can put you on probation without you signing anything.
