NOT!
War crimes? Sure protecting a nation vs your own asp and loose zipper? And Hitlery is an arch angel to save us all from the demons that GW has spawned against the once United States? The spin is to degrade the President, the Republican party and run for office as a hero. Divide and conquer. The fundamental core of communism. OH so subtle. If pardons are handed out WJ himself may need one if anyone can finally prove he knew about 9/11 strikes and did nothing to prevent them. Thank you.
***FYI Clinton pardoned more people than Carter just before he left office. Including family. The highest numbers since that priviledge was given to a President.

He can't pardon himself after he leaves office. The right to pardon is only granted to the President.

What crime does he need to be pardoned from?
I haven't seen him do a single illegal thing.
The war was legal, congress supported it.
If he committed perjury to get those votes, show me how. the burden of proof is on the accuser.

Bush couldn't pardon himself. That wouldn't be legal.
However, he could resign a day or 2 before he is supposed to leave office and have Dick Cheney pardon him.

They will cheer & celebrate the defeat of the Terrorists and their partners, the Democrats.
You have gotten confused with Clinton.
Bush has done nothing that he evens needs to be pardoned for.
Democrats are now supporting him.

Did he commit a crime? I'm no Bush fan and I thought Clinton was a good President, but Clinton did break the law by lying under oath.
It has not been established that George Bush has committed any crimes.

He can't. However, he is protected from a variety of lawsuits as are other members of our government.
Clinton was only tried for felony perjury - before a deal was cut. Nixon would have been tried for obstruction of justice.

I'm not sure he can pardon himself, legally. And I don't think he is likely to be accused of any major crimes.
But if he could, and did, then we would just remember him as the worst president in history.

How can he pardon himself? That would mean he will be charged with something. The war crimes charges and trial will be international and won't happen until just after he leaves office.
