If you reneg on a contract, that renders the contract "null and void."

That means the deal's off, and hence, Americans are illegals, right?

Many of your followers have wrong impression for Indians, Indians are the only personified capability to restrain and is the largest believer in democracy. No outsiders can demolish the belief of oneness though they have the followers of different religion.Route belief in India is hinduism the oldest culture in the world, which preaches tolerance. Treaty with Indians is not an illegal as treaty is made for acceptance not for laws.living in cordial atmosphere should be the treaty have tolerance and acceptance to each other no question of illegality.

Not having a workable immigration policy did not work out for the Native Americans (Indians is a term for people from India or a racial slur to some Native Americans). I suspect not having a good current policy will not work out for the United States either. You can go back to class and think your smarter than everyone one else now! Start by taking a grammer class.

A treaty is an agreement; it is not a law. Therefore, breaking a treaty does not make one an "illegal" or "criminal".

Previous generations were incorrect in their treatment of Native Americans. However, that means nothing today.

There were never any treaties made with *all* Native American tribes, because the tribes could not speak for one another. Having no centralized government for all your people is not a wise move.

The idea that only "Native Americans" have the right to oppose immigration to the United States ignores the concept of "nation." There was no such thing as the political entity known as the the United States until the Founders created it in 1776.

Furthermore, there are not grades of citizenship. One is either a citizen of this country, or one is not. We are not more or less citizens of the United States based on the number of generations preceding us on these shores.

And, particularly, we are not more or less citizens of this country based on our skin color or ethnicity.

Since everyone in the world has ancestors who immigrated from somewhere else, the immigration history of one's ancestors is probably not relevant to the formulation of wise public policy.

Aboriginal American Indian tribes have taken the US government to court many times regarding treaty issues. They've won some and lost some. Whether or not a treaty was broken is in the eyes of the beholder AND has no relevancy to illegal immigration for the reasons I stated above.

Try another half-baked argument. Maybe it's time to start calling everyone bigots and racists again.

the indian issue has nothing to do with illegal aliens amigo. Soon if we do not stop you even the indians will not have Ameria back if we handed it to them. Indians are to busy getting rich off casinos and mineral rights on the reservations to worry about the white eyes taking their land and making it a fantastic success. the indians actually see you, the mexican as the worst parasite to our continuing success, so be careful amigo our indians friends may pull a Little Big Horn on you jose.

EVERY treaty hasn't. EVERY indian tribe didn't get along. Can't break a law when there was none.

Give up.....you are dealing with intelligence here.

Unless you want play rock, scissors, paper and end it all now. How about who has the biggest club wins? Finders keepers loosers weepers? Get it through your head.....whatever happened back then....you lost....deal with it.

You can't claim to play a game and then change the rules mid stream. You lost. Buck up...get over it....deal with it....go into therapy....take a pill....I don't care.

Otherwise.....hey....lets go. No claims of racism or being fair or any other means to get out easy....wanna go at it? Lets go. One on one...no excuses. Whoever wins ...wins....now and for eternity....no loosers comming back hundreds of years later calling for a do over.....and crying victimhood.

You LOST......deal with it.

Americans are not illegal.

2007 called and invites you to join the rest of us.

How silly. This has no basis in reality or fact in today's environment. Good luck rewriting history to get to a different outcome.

Illegal is still illegal in 2007.

Nah, the Indians are the original illegals - we just came and took it away from those interlopers who'd fled from Asia a few hundred years before, not realizing that they were only placeholders until the real settlers showed up.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it, Binky! ;-)

Yup, it sure does. Now, what about the people the surviving natives displaced?
