I do not want to read ONE MORE POST about how "unpopular" this Congress is, or how the "Democratically controlled Congress" is not "doing anything."

The Republicans in Congress ARE BLOCKING legislation designed to give troops more leave time.

Are you getting that? THE REPUBLICANS ARE BLOCKING.

Senate Republicans block Iraq bill
By Susan Cornwell Wed Sep 19, 7:59 PM ET
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Senate Republicans blocked a plan on Wednesday to give U.S. troops in Iraq more home leave, defeating a proposal widely seen as the Democrats' best near-term chance to change President George W. Bush's Iraq strategy.

The measure to give troops as much rest time at home as they spent on their most recent tour overseas needed 60 votes to pass in the Democratic-controlled Senate; it received just 56 votes, with 44 against.

on June 12 1994, blood on the victims, O.J's. car & O.J.'s house...the blood of Nicole & Ron Goldman....O.J. walked away from his horrible murders 100% FREE and even wrote a book about it.

We've been providing a quality political education to some of the slow children of aging hippies and other liberals for some time now, without being compensated for our experience, insight, wisdom, knowledge and patience. Maybe we need to join the teachers union (first order of business would be to reform it) and then demand payment at the university level for our efforts. As Shakespeare so wisely said, "There ain't no free lunch,"

"The Crusaders themselves have testified to their defeat in Afghanistan at the hands of the lions of the Taliban," Ayman al-Zawahri said in the latest tape. "The Crusaders have testified to their own defeat in Iraq at the hands of the mujahideen, who have taken the battle of Islam to the heart of the Islam world."

The only ones who think a kill rate of almost 50 to 1 is a "defeat" are the Libs in the US and their rhetorit is designed to get you to vote for them. Clearly however it is now being blatently used by the enemy! Will they have the good sense to stop or keep it up and get more people killed?

CAIRO, Egypt - Osama bin Laden will release a new message soon declaring war on Pakistani President Gen. Pervez Musharraf, al-Qaida announced Thursday.

The announcement of the upcoming message came as al-Qaida released a new video in which bin Laden's deputy, Ayman al-Zawahri, boasted that the United States was being defeated in Afghanistan, Iraq and other fronts.

We received a letter on our door stating that a sex offender lives in the complex. They state he will be gone in 48 hours. I signed a lease that states:
"I am entitled to peacefully and quietly enjoy my apartment."

Can I break my lease without penalty? I have 3 kids and am now worried that the complexes screening process will let these offenders in.

Please provide a short explanation and if possible a reference, lest those who hold the US gov. to be immaculately conceived get away with their mythological histories unabated.

Back in 1988 on up to 1992 I was on probation for working while I was on welfare. I had one of those on-call jobs where they called you whenever they needed you for a project and the project would last a couple of weeks then you may not get called again for as long as 1-2 weeks. I only worked with them for 6 months and made only 9 bucks more then then what they call a misdeamenor. So it comes up as felony. When my record is checked it comes up Welfare fraud and felony and even after over 10 years with nothing else on my record, nobody will touch me with a 10 foot pole. Cannot get a decent job, I have a degree and can't do nothing with it...cannot move into a decent apartment. Just wondering how anybody in my similar position is surviving. Getting tired of getting run out of jobs or turned away all the time.

More votes are represented by which?

1) $ Large dollar amounts from the wealthy and big business.

2) # Small dollar amounts from many people who can only afford to give a little.

Is there a link to a list showing the number of individual contributors per candidate instead of just the dollars raised per candidate?

Once again we see the stupidity of Rev Sharpton rushing to the aid of criminals and screaming... RACE!!! Some white kids hung some 6 inch nooses in a tree...they were suspended..of course they were I would have suspened them as well...should they go to prision for LIFE...common sense say's hell no. Then we have a white kid beaten nearly to death by black kids....this is simple folks...can we get REAL...Prosecute them to the fullest EXTENT of the law and as adults. Let's make this simple: Kids hanging little strings in a tree=Quilty=Suspension!!! Beat another kid nearly to Death=Prosecution=Serious Jail time!!! I was just watching the morning news and they are expecting up to 50k people in Jena a town of 3k....they are bring their O.J. Style of justice with them...the youths are black... so you must acquit!!!

Oh now watch me be called a Racist for DARING to disagree to the Left-Wing Black View Point..........you are about to see more twist and turns than a can of worms...

watch!!!
