My husband has 1 1/2 years left of a 6 year enlistment. The naval doctors recently found out he has hemolytic anemia. He has apparently had it all his life. It leaves him feeling very fatigued and at times very ill.He has tried iron pills,changing his diet nothing seems to help. The naval doctors haven't said much yet. He would like to get medically discharged from the Navy due to this condition. Is it possible? And how does he go about presenting his case?

I got my first speeding ticket today. But when the officer gave me the ticket, I noticed he whited out the date, and wrote over it. The new date was right but he didn't change the day of the week from Wednesday to Thursday. I got the ticket in Brown Co. Wisconsin, if that matters.

Foot the bills for American companies to outsource to other countries and pollute?

Our companies go to other countries and pour toxic chemicals etc. into their waterways and dumping grounds.Who foots the bills for this?You and Me every time we give one of these countries a grant for clean up.Shouldn't the particular company be responsible?Not to mention responsible for the millions who have come here seeking clean air and water?Maybe if they had to start taking responsibility for they're actions they would think twice about that cheap labor they so drastically recruit in these poor countries while they make the people's land unlivable so the immigrate here.

I have just witnessed the most incredible display of denial that I could ever imagine . It's regarding Hillary , but I won't go back in her history , instead let's talk about NOW .

Hillary unequivocally insulted the honesty and integrity of a 4-Star General who happens to have the respect of the entire military . So when she insulted him , she also insulted those who respect him .. . . .the entire military !!

Also , we all know about those illegal campaign donations funneled to her through Hsu. . . .and we all know that she promised to give the money to charity. . . . . but I wonder how many people know that she is now asking for those people to re-donate that campaign money and she'll accept it as long as . . . . . 'they PROMISE it's really their money'. Yup , rather than just washing her hands of a dirty situation , she'd rather try any angle she can to get that money back .

Those are facts . No twist , no spin .

In 2007 it is very apparent that much of what we might think of as morality has been abandoned to the marketplace. On daytime TV and in films, sex is no longer just suggested. Books/photos/films depicting extreme violence or abusive sexuality abound. O.J. Simpson's "hypothetical" account of the 1994 slaughter has been published, and I'm sure will sell. I am wondering where ( if anywhere) an ethical line should be drawn--on the part of the industry, or on the part of consumers? Does allowing almost anything to be put before the public help or hinder our society? And does that matter?
