The incident did not directly involve me. It happened over 5 months ago and to be honest i don't remember exactly what happened. she would not take that for an answer. i thought if she was going to document our conversation she needed to have my consent before anything was said and not throw it in at the end of the conversation. Isn't there any laws that prohibit that? i never gave her my consent.

From a 2005 interview:

Q: Do you think that you underestimated the insurgency’s strength?

Cheney: I think so, umm I guess, the uh, if I look back on it now. I don’t think anybody anticipated the level of violence that we’ve encountered….

But in a 1994 video, Cheney did predict a "quagmire"

I am a personal trainer and I specialize in training golfers. A company I was contracted to not only stole my excercise program, they also stole my ad and the description of my services verbatim from my web page! They are now advertising it as their own.

There was nothing in our contractual arrangement that provides for their assumption of my materials and no non-disclosure agreement.
Just a contract to provide services from my company to theirs.

Is this actionable as in the theft of copywrited material or intellectual property? The web page is copywrited (actualy, not registered but it says "copyright".

Well from all the problems in the U.S. some of you might say is George Bush's fault, but I proceed to say no. I just don't think it is. I honor my leader but some people have a problem with Christians who honor Bush doing that. But you know what I say; just as you all don't honor him and don't like him {the ones of us who do} Do! It is our choice. Bush did not cause all the problems in the U.S. they would have happened no matter if he was president or not. So the question is what do you choose tradgedies or stragedies?

2 weeks ago I received a note in the mail that I was to move my mailbox because a carrier had tripped on my stairs.

My mailbox is located 5 stairs up (not steep stairs) from my driveway. It is in an area where the stairs stop and there is a flat surface. I don’t use the mail slot that was built into the side of my house as it bothered my dogs and therefore I set up an easier alternative for that mail lady that has worked for years. Please keep in mind that EVERY house in the neighborhood has stairs leading to their house and a mail slot in the front door which is where their mail is delivered.

After receiving the notice I called the post office to discuss the matter. Over the course of the 2 weeks I called 5 times and my questions were never answered nor my calls returned. My mail has now been withheld for a week while I am still trying to talk to someone that knows what is going on.

I dont want to move my mailbox.
Any help or advice would be appreciated

I wonder if anyone is strong enough to lead this nation as Bush has .
He supports our troops and has done everything possible including spending over a billion dollars to attract new recruits .

Ad campaigns have had little effect at getting the youth of America to volunteer for military service .

Bush should remind them that during Vietnam he served with honor and dignity and was willing to lay his life down to defend America .

Who could possibly replace such a great leader .

The first time I ever saw Barack Obama in an interview, I wished that he would someday run for president; and since then I have always supported him.

But after listening to some of John Edwards debates, I am REALLY starting to lean towards his views. I believe in everything he's talking about from education, to healthcare, and the war in Iraq...if he isn't too good to be true, he definitely stole my vote!

OBSERVATIONS:

1) Youth are more disrespectful to parents and family. I.e.: Children being violent, talking back, using foul language towards family and friends.
Question: Why is this behavior rampant is society?

2) Television shows depict sex and sex with multiple partners quite regularly. I.e.: Nip/Tuck, Friends, Sex and the City
Question: Why is this occurence now readily accepted?

3) Actors, musicians, and athletes are paid more than teachers, caretakers, firemen, and police officers. I.e. : Athletes - $6million/year. Teachers - $45,000/year.
Question: One entertains. One directly affects society. Why allow such a disparity in $$?

4) Actors, musicians, and athletes have a greater impact on children than their parents.

5) Society fails to ask the "why" in doing or saying something. For clarification: just because the Constitution and Bill of Rights declares that we have the "right" to say and do certain things, does it mean we SHOULD?
