If you're under 30 and not a liberal, you don't have a heart.
If you're over 30 and not a conservative, you don't have a brain.

I dont normally watch talk shows, but once in a while I will see one where these parents have kids who are 1 1/2 years old and weigh over 100 pounds kids who are 6 and are over 300 pounds.

My Question is if the state can prove their obeisity is due to massive over feeding and junk food should they be able to charge the parents with Child neglect and child endangerment?

Very few of these kids suffer from medical conditions that cause them to be so big. Some of the parents on the shows admitted to feeding a 3 year old 3 whoppers, 2 large fries and 2 milk shakes for lunch and the other meals were not any better. Some said ther kids ate a dozen eggs for breakfast and a pound of sausage, 10 peieces of toast.

Many of these kids suffer from bad health from the way they eat and many will die young

I believe getting out for good behavior is the ultimate oxymoron. Follow me here people...these people go to jail for being "bad", then magically they go to jail, a place where they are watched 24/7 mind you, and then get out early for being good in a place where they have no option but to be. Then they are released from jail and commit another crime, I think the state should be held responsible for them. If they were not let out then they could not have hurt some one. For example: Joe Dirt-bag was sentenced to 15 years for murder, gets out early for good behavior and is on probation for 10 years, if in that ten years he commits a crime against another person i.e. rape, murder, assault etc. the family or the victim should sue the state for liability, by letting him out they are telling people he is better. If more people sue they would be extra careful about who the let out. Tell me what you think!

Who else believes that this General and our Commander in Chief should be held in the highest regard despite your political beliefs? I most certainly do!!!!!!!!!!!! They are doing what is right and they know it . Why don't the people back our country in a time of war ? Forget the W M D 's that were never found they were used in the past with devastating results. Why do people fail to realise that FACT?

I saw it again yesterday. During high traffic on a 4 lane road (2 lanes each direction) with a 55 MPH speed limit, a stupid cop parks his vehicle 5 feet into a driving lane. This causes everyone to have to quickly merge into one driving lane, and creates a hazard. It is NOT a safety increaser for cops to stop in actual traffic lanes! In this situation, there was a breakdown lane as wide as the travel lanes, but the cop just had to put his vehicle in a travel lane, creating a dangerous situation. Every cop I see in this state does this: no matter how wide the roads and breakdown lanes, not matter how much traffic, no matter the weather or lighting conditions, these idiots park in the lane of travel. That being said, I love when their cars get slammed into from behind, and it's even better if the cop gets smashed up too. They are creating a deadly situation by using stupid policies that put innocent people at risk.

We just found out a month ago that my husband is behind he's child support . He's been paying it trough employment and he paid the difference in cash. His ex got mad and she sued him. Now he doesn't have proof of paying enough money. In the last 3 years we've been helping her to take care of her 2 kids (1 is my husbands but the other one is not) on everyday basis. Does anybody know what are his rights? We can't afford an attorney and we need some advice.

I won something on ebay from a seller who stated that they shipped worldwide, yet would only accept international money orders in british pounds sterling, no other currencies. Finally, after a few emails, she said she could accept US dollars cash sent registered mail.

The day I sent the money, she opens an unpaid item dispute on me on ebay. I emailed her asking why, when I had emailed her earlier that day stating that I had sent the payment, and she said not to worry.

The post office said it should take between 6-10 business days (ie not weekends) for the money to arrive to her; meanwhile, it's been a week and she still claims she hasn't received payment.

I don't know what to do at this point. There was no option on ebay's form that says 'I have already sent cash', so I had to state that I sent a money order, and when they asked for the number of the m.o., I made up a number b/c I didn't have a number.

Is this going to negatively affect my ebay account?

Yes, if some nation were to militarily control one of our oil fields or part of our land, then if all else fails, military action would be justified.
If for example, American bound oil shipments were attacked at sea, or even other nation shiping were systematically attacked at sea, military action may well be the final response, rightly. If some nation or group tries to attack our oil suppies at home, then military action would be warented because we like every other peoples in the world have a right to defend our nation and its vital interests in this case. None of these conditions were or are present in Iraq. The idea of naming someone elses resources as a vital interest and then using force to ultimately establish control by military force is an idea that is not different than idea and actions of Manifest Destiny. Manifest Destiny is a rejected justification for blundering. The US is not a criminal interprise! And the US is not a criminal government, but torture is torture!
