If you support the war in Iraq why not join the military if you are under 43? You can make not greater sacrifice for your country than to join the military IN A TIME OF WAR. Uncle Sam needs you. Please support your country by coming forward and helping out. Talk is not enough right now. This is the first real war in 40 years, so if you have been in but didn't see war join up. We need people who are believers. The National Guard will accept anyone 42 and under in a basically healthy condition. Don't sit on the sidelines be proud and sign up. If you support the war but cannot join up please let us know why.

Now that Bush has pretty openly proclaimed iraq a colony of the US - you'll have troops stationed forever, and maniulate a puppet government while looting the resources - will the US finally stop calling itself a "democracy" or a "republic" and openly admit its a military empire?

Some gun owners will carry a gun around all their lives because they believ that the world is that dangerous. Shouldn't these people get flack jackets? They must beieve their enemies also have guns too, right?

If yes, to what extent? Do you think hairstyles commonly thought/known to be worn by people of particular races should be a consideration? Do you think exceptions should be given to "ethnic hairstyles" to avoid accusations of discrimination? Do you think that employer preference, with regards to hairstyle, is ever an indication of racial discrimination?

I'm in the middle of answering a question concerning this issue, so I'm just curious as to what y'all think about the matter.

To what extent (if any) do you think an employer should be permitted to dictate hairstyles worn by employees?

Explain your opinions.

Thanks.

Why doesn't Tony Blair do more to distance England from Cuba? As I understand it England can sell goods to Cuba. Also, they allow their people to spend money there and prop up the Govt. Fidel castro has killed thousands of his own people so this is absolutely unacceptable for you people to support the guy.

Here in the USA, we have a sanction against cuba because we know if the rest of the world did the same, Castro's government would collapse.

I think the point has been made clear. The majority of people do not like Pres. Bush. And they have good reasons. But enough is enough already. And he may not be the smartest tool in the shed, but it's immature to make fun of his accent, and mistakes, I mean really. Are people just bored?

ian simm was convicted of the murder of helen mc court in 1988 (billinge nr wigan). even though her body has not been found to this day, the evidence against simm was overwhelming(her hair, blood and an ear ring she wore that day were found in his boot along with a spade).he has been refused parole twice and still claims to be innocent when clearly he is guilty. what reason could he have for not revealing where helens body is? maybe he is afraid of what else would be found ie. another body? is anyone familiar with this case?

Can you imagine the meetings these guys have to come up with these schemes? like "oh yeah...first we will say that this is whats going to happen, but we know its not...and we will buy this amount of time and drag things out, and when the time comes up we will say all is going great, even thought its not, and then we will threaten whoever is giving us a hard time with smears of treason and hating america and cuttin and running. That will put them back on their heels and then we will say ok...things are not perfect but if we deviate now, they will be over hee fitting our women for burkas and ...oh yeah, the we will ask for more patience ...etc...."

I got to admit....they are evil, but they are good at it.

Discuss the constitutional division of powers between the federal and state governments.
Do you agree with the trend of devolution? Do you think the federal government should assume most of the control or should the states keep control?

Unless there truly is a "better place" which may really be just a myth.

I know it sounds crazy, but there's a new law concerning imposing marshal law if there's a terrorist attack. I think it's vague enough, that there could be a take over.

On Tuesday, I went on the M-train from SF State to Powell Station. I went on, no big deal. But at the station, there were cops checking transfers. My transfer was 2 hours EXPIRED. It looked short like an extremely short transfer, so they took a second look. Of course, they write me a citation. Now it'll appear on my license because it's an infraction, not a misdemeanor.

I live with my parents, and my mom will get so angry at me if/when she finds out. I know of the courtesy mail they send you. I'm about to get the job I applied for, so I could totally pay for it. Is there any way she would not find out? How much is it, approximately?
