Well, they don't support it THAT much. It's okay for OTHER people to get killed, but when THEIR fat, sorry a ss gets out on the line . . .

Well, maybe Iraq has nothing to do with terrorism, after all.

Besides, the ballgame is on today.

Im 40. I have mixed feelings on the war actually. I dont know if i support it totally, but i do somewhat. But if i was younger - under 30 for instance i would join. I consider not joining the military in my younger years one of the biggest mistakes of my life.
By 40ish, most people are too old and set in their ways to make such a commitment. Most of us are set in a career, have a house payment and maybe a couple kids to raise by then. Also, our bodies just arent what they once were once we hit 40.
Some people could, but i know i couldnt. I would drop dead during basic training.

There ARE a good number of chicken hawks out there, aren't there? Navy 1969 1972. I like it when the Commander in Thief and his Neocon master either went AWOL or had 5 deferments with other priorities.
This is what the current Republicans do. They out source the dying and injuries.

Very few people support war. I'm thinking less than 1% of the population. The "war supporters" you reference actually support victory, not war.

It's obvious to anyone that you just don't like President Bush, so I issue this challenge: Join the Army, and have Bosnia or Kosovo put in your contract. That way, you'll get to serve where President Clinton wanted you.

Oh, and this isn't a war, unless I missed the day Congress declared it.

It is unnecessary as there are plenty of men in the military. It is perfectly valid to SUPPORT the troops and the war and not join the military.
