Is there a current issue with Puerto Rico? I don't think any candidate has a position on this as I don't believe any change is being considered............

the respond would not be. collectively as Puerto Rico stands out as the final to initiate, it won't in any respect be the final to end. Puerto Rico holds its first point on June seventh after the June third primaries in South Dakota and Montana. It holds its final point on June 21st. Nebraska holds its final point on June twenty 8th. extra importantly, Puerto Rico in straightforward terms has 55 pledged delegates. Even assuming a seventy 5-25 chop up, that for the duration of straightforward terms swings the excellent delegate count style by capacity of 29. If the race continues to be unsure whilst Puerto Rico votes, it won't in any respect be desperate before the vote on the credentials committee checklist on the nationwide conference (whilst the conference will settle on regardless of if or to not seat Florida and Michigan. The swing from Florida and Michigan a great way outweighs the capacity swing from Puerto Rico. the reality is that if this race isn't desperate earlier than June third, the determination will relax with the conference.

I bet you'd be amazed that the only people who care about Puerto Rico's political status are Puerto Ricans.
Not trying to be rude, but there's a lot of things considered more pressing than whether or not a passport will be needed for a Fun Ship cruise to PR....

I haven't heard anything about this. Does Puerto Rico want to become a state?

Sorry son, no one gives a damn about Puerto Rico or even knows or cares that they have a "political status".

I haven't heard a word. But I think its time they either became a state or became independent. They're too well established to need any kind of terrotorial status.

This has not been an issue that has been discussed on their web pages, or in their press releases.
