....so what makes you think she can be Commander-in-Chief of this country?

Oh, please. Hillary's motives were not of understanding or forgiving, or an "ability to work it out". Her motives are purely of ambition and power. Hillary perceived that it would serve her political career better to remain married, end of story.

She didn't divorce him the first time he cheated because if she would have done that she would still be living in Arkansas and no one would know who she was. She knows if she stays with him she would have a foot in the political door and a pretty cushy life too. That marriage is just a business marriage where she makes Clinton look like a "family" man and Clinton gets her into politics. Anyone can see that. Especially after the big fiasco of a intern in the white house. But he was doing this long before he became President. But most likely if she does, God forbid, become President she will go by President Rodham instead of Clinton.

She did not divorce him because she was resolute. She is traditional in that way and wants to keep her family together. Although she was humiliated many times by her wayward husband, somehow she always knew that those women were not in the same league with her. She is far from a trophy wife whose confidence is dependent on her husband. But most of all, she has loved that man for decades.

You act like marital infidelity is unique to the Clintons. There are many succesful couples that have stayed together. I don't think she would be a good president but infidelity is a stupid thing to bring up in a political arena. Many politicans cheat and have been cheated on... that has rarely effected their performances.

What are we going to ask next? Are we going to say that some candidate's son or daughter died and therefor they aren't ready for the presidency? Or their child had a drug addiction? Personal lives have nothing to do with politics. If you don't like her then find something relevant to criticize.

I disagree with your assumption that the only appropriate method to deal with infidelity is divorce. This has happened to many couples in the world and many couples are able to move past the issue and re-kindle their marriage. Divorce is an option, but I would not encourage a person to consider divorce as the only option. You do not know how she dealt with it and you state no reason how that relates to her ability to govern. I should tell you I'm not giving you a political answer, however. I mediate family disputes sent to me by the court. Some of my mediations result in reconciliation. Our divorce rate is too high and we should not urge divorce as the only solution. EDIT: Your edits made this question much worse. After you added the edits it is clear this is a rant, not a question. I do not care enough to bother reporting you, but this violates the community guidelines.

One has nothing to do with the other! Hillary is the only one competent and intelligent enough to do save this country from its current disastrous state. The men have had plenty of time to mess things up-a woman is the only one who can fix it now. GO HILLARY!!!!!!

what makes you think what she does with her marriage is any of your business? Just because they were in the White House does not automatically mean you have the right to judge their marriage. Whatever is between them, they've made their peace with it. And, for your information, I am not a fan of the Clintons.

Oh goodness...either it's family values she can't live up to...or it's backbone...what do you want? Apparently, Rudy is a much better person because he can't keep his attention on one wife (admittedly, his first one was his cousin...so that's a good reason to stop that one).

She had the strength to negotiate diplomatically (reconcile) with her husband instead of going to war (divorce) with him.

The fact that she is one of the few candidates that VALUE FAMILY, shows that she could be Commander In Chief.

I've always found it rather funny that the very people who support the sanctity of marriage disapprove of Hillary NOT divorcing her husband.
