Think hard on this we teach our citizens to report crime and this is a crime against Americans and people who have applied through legal means to enter this country!

the forged checks that were wriitten and cashed in the amount of $5000.00? My nephew stole my Father, his Grandpa, checks from his check book and wrote the checks out to himself and his debtors and signed my Father's name on them. If my Father was to press charges against him, could we make the bank be responsible for that amount? My Father doesn't want him to go back to prison (he was in prison for some other charges, not fraud or stealing) and if he pressed charges against him he would. H e wiped out my Father's bank account. If the bank would give my Father back the money (or almost all of it) I think he would press charges. Please, I need your help on this ASAP.. Serious people only. Thank you.

This past week a 22 year old officer in our city was shot and killed by a 15 year old punk who just wanted to see what it would be like to kill a cop. If the officer had shot and killed the 15 year old in self defense, there would be all kinds of demonstrations about police brutality. His momma, aunts, etc., would all be up in arms crying about what a nice good boy he was who wouldn't hurt a fly. The young officer would be investegated back to birth and probably have his career ruined as killing a "child" would follow him for life. Instead he is the dead one. Where are you Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson? I see you didn't get on this band wagon as it shows that some of these children are just as dangerous anyone out there with a gun and looking for thrills and thinking this will gain them respect. By the way, momma or any other relative has yet to open their mouths. Is this the type of justice we want in our country?

What is the ranking system in the army? if anyone has a link or knows everything about the ranking system and how to move up that would be great. I've heard that having a degree and getting promotion points helps you advance, but how do you go up the ranks? and what are E1, E2, E3 and so on? what is the highest? How do you become and O1 and up?

doesn't defend the pedophile priests? Isn't it the same thing? Or is it that their hatred of the Church trumps their delight in defending child rapists? How can this be defended? Don't give me this crap about defending civil rights. I totally understand that. But when something is criminal, such as child pornography, this is not someone's "civil rights." It is criminal. Period. Children have for too long been mistreated and tossed about as sexual objects. These are children. How can the ACLU (Anti Children Liberal Union) advocate this?

I recently answered a question with this but I think it deserves it's own spot for proper focus.

A minimum wage job pays about 13k annually (before taxes) IF they get a full 40. So after taxes they have about 900-980 a month depending on filing status and children.

The cheapest apartment I could find locally was a 2 room efficiency for $375 a month (note not a 2-bed, a 2-ROOM)

food will cost at least $100 person per month

Utilities would be cheaper for a small apartment so lets say $150 for electric & heat. $20 for water.

If you have a job you'll need a car so $200 for a car payment and $30 for insurance throw in $40 for gas

$25 for a phone (cheap for a landline)

let's see I've covered rent, utilities, food and transportation what's left? Oh clothes, toiletries, cleaning supplies and other little things, hmm.... we'll go cheap here to and say $20 a month.

What do we have so far .... $960 a month to live in a 2 room hovel and eat raman noodles on a regular basis.

Have you ever been stationed here? If so what is your opinion on this post? Im just curious because we have been stationed here 3 and half years and the majority of people hate it...My husband has been in the Army 14 years and I liked just about every post we have been stationed...I dont mind where we are stationed as long as Im with my husband. Ok So on July 20, 2007 i Bought a Nissan Altima 2.5 S 2005 For 18G's Total Price. I was Told I was going to pay 236 for 12 months then pay 336. The dealer said he would give us our contract by mail yet we still have not recieved it but we have recieved our payment book. The Book was $369 x 77 months. The Total was almost $30,000. The guy that sold us the car is on vacation and when we went everybody at NORTH PLAINFIELD NISSAN ROUTE 22 said no 1 can help but car seller himself. He Unfurtonatly is On VACATION and comes back this Sat. What should i do because one i dont have a copy of the contract, and im not going to pay $30,000 for a 50,000 mile car. 30 days end in 1 day so he wont be back. What SHould I Do??????????????

This guy is so over the top dishonest. He only is physically in the office about 7 hours a day then goes for an hour lunch, yet consistently bills 8 hours a day. And the time he is at the office, he is online, on the phone, texting, etc... It is really irritating because it looks like he will receive a bonus related to his hours.
The billing partners are either oblivious to the true hours this person is in the office and working, or don't care because they make money off of this dishonesty. Ever hour this person bills is money in their pocket. I think they know what is going on.
Is there anything I should do about this? Who would you report something like this to? What kind of penalities would this person/the firm face?
