Very true, but for some reason, the issue of limiting the number of children you produce to the number you can actually afford to raise really raises the ire of a lot of people (usually the ones who can't afford to raise the ones they've got). They view producing children like rabbits as a "right." Most people seem more okay with limiting their gas or water consumption than they do with limiting the number of children they have.

Currently it hasn't got to the point where the Government is telling people to limit the population count but Water Charges etc. are in progress which is to limit water use instead of limiting the ammount of children a person has HOWEVER I feel in the future the government will urge people to have less kids.
