This warrantless wiretapping program, that Congress has now legalized, will benefit the incoming President also!

It's everyone that's affected not just suspected terrorists!

I laugh at some of these answers Kelly. While some are mildly amusing and some think their answers are very clever, they fail to mention what you obviously pointed out. I guess it just flew over their heads that you cleverly loaded the question with the fact Hillary would be in the White House........interesting.

LOL Let 'em. I'm probably one of the most boring people on earth - they'll be sleeping on the job in no time!
Honestly, Kelly, I don't think privacy exists anymore. It is far too easy for *anyone* to find out whatever they want to know about you - all they need is some time and a little money. I'd far prefer it was the government - left or right - than some private citizen.
I can't help it - I just keep giggling at the thought of some poor govt schmuck assigned to tap my phone, listening to horsey gossip, or how many eggs the chickens are laying, or the latest antics of either the goats or the dogs.... ;o)

This is getting so old. The Patriot Act is for calls that are initiated outside the U.S. to the U.S. If you aren't planning on blowing anything up here you don't need to worry. The Act has prevented numerous attacks. The Sears Tower, the planned attack on the Golden Gate Bridge, the Millennium Bomb that was planned. I keep asking for one person that has had any of their Constitutional Rights infringed on please speak out. I prefer not to see dead Americans over someone thinking that the Act is out to destroy the Constitution. If there is another attack that could have been prevented by the use of the Act, if Congress does not renew it, and a few thousands Americans end up dead, will that make you feel safe from anyone listening in to your very important phone calls.

First, I'm not sure that a senator ( or whatever she'll be after losing the election ) has the right to go around listening to my phone conversations.. but regardless..
I'd feel the same as I do now, there is no reason for them to want to. Even if the government wanted to, they do not have the resources to listen in on everybody's phone calls..

The current administration is not listening to phone calls and reading my private emails, because I do not get phone calls and emails from known terrorists overseas.
The Commander in chief, in time of war, does not need a warrant to conduct surveillance of the enemy.
But senator Clinton is not the Commander in Chief, and never will be, so she has no such authority under our Constitution.

As long as she only listens to calls to known terrorists out of the country, like the patriot act stipulates. But that won't be a problem, because she won't be occupying the white house as president.

Well, considering I don't associate with terrorists I doubt she'd want to listen to my phone calls or read my e-mails. But hey, if they want to get involved in my life I don't care. They might send someone over just to spice my life up.
Speaking of Hillary and conversations, do you think she and her medium are still getting advice from Ghandi and Eleanor Roosevelt?

She did that in the Clinton White House already . She has her own FBI dossier on her political friends ; foes ; contributors & future contributors . Just be sure to remember ..the hired help is not allowed to look her in the eye when passing .. That goes double for Secret Service & FBI..

I hope she isn't the one doing it, but, here we go again, the government is not listening to you talk on the phone planning aunt Eunice's surprise 50th wedding anniversary, or laughing at you when your foolish enough to log on to the daily kos. There are listening for keywords in help to prevent terror attacks on U.S. Soil and so far it seems to be working as the Fed's have uncovered numerous plots that could have killed more Americans, it's a small price to pay, and besides IF YOUR NOT TALKING ABOUT COMMITTING A CRIME or Committing a terrorists act than you have NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT THEN.

Hillary might be surprised to read some of my erotic emails about her. Then inevitably aroused - I HOPE. As for my private phone calls, as long as I know it's her secretly listening, I think I can deal with it. I'll take her places that Bubba could only DREAM of taking her.
God, I hope she's reading this comment right now.
