In July I was visiting a friend that lives in an apartment complex. A woman there had a monkey for a pet. The monkey didn't like ciggarette smoke so I went to my car and sat inside. The woman came over to my car, the monkey jumped in my car and attacked me. It bit my finger very badly and it ended up getting infected. I am still having problems with my finger being swollen and sore and think their may be tendon damage. I would like to get a lawyers advice as far as sueing this woman but don't really know what my chances might be for winning this case. Since it bit me, it has bitten another person and the woman has to get this monkey out of Wisconsin as it is considered a dangerous animal. Should I see a lawyer and what are my chances of winning this case?

It seems like people now, instead of judging for themselves the policies of the politicians in Washington join one side or the other, and defend their party's platform, even as the politicians on both sides abandon their supposed platforms and assume the same agenda, democrat or republican.

It doesn't take a genius to see that there is very little difference on substantial issues between Republican top-tier candidates and democrat top-tier candidates. They debate irrelevant issues that might as well be whether Bud Light tastes great or is less filling.

Is Bush capable of acting like a human being? I mean really, Putin is playing war games 2 weeks after the meeting and recreated cold war posturing...Russia might not have a lot of money, But

Just received this email and thought this ...
Just received this email and thought this group might find it interesting. I don't know anything about the research group, but I have a growing respect for them:

DID WE WONDER WHO HAS THE LOWEST IQ?

Report published Monday, by the Lovenstein Institute of Scranton, Pennsylvania, detailed its findings of a four month study of the intelligence quotient of President George W. Bush. Since 1973, the Lovenstein Institute has publishedits research to the educational community on each new president, which includes the famous "IQ" report among others. There have been twelve presidents over the past 50 years, from F. D. Roosevelt to G.W. Bush, who were rated based on scholarly achievements:

Writings that they produced without aid of staff. Their ability to speak with clarity, and several other psychological factors, which were then scored using the Swanson/Crain System of intelligence ranking. The study determined the following IQs of each president as accurate to within five percentage points.

In order by presidential term:
Franklin Delano Roosevelt [D] 142,
Harry S Truman [D] 132,
Dwight David Eisenhower [R] 122
John Fitzgerald Kennedy [D] 174,
Lyndon Baines Johnson [D] 126,
Richard Milhous Nixon [R] 155,
Gerald R. Ford [R] 121,
James Earle Carter [D] 175,
Ronald Wilson Reagan [R] 105
George Herbert Walker Bush [R] 98,
WilliamJefferson Clinton [D] 182,
George Walker Bush [R] 91

In order of IQ rating:
182 . William Jefferson Clinton [D]
175 . James Earle Carter [D]
174 . John Fitzgerald Kennedy [D]
155 . Richard Milhous Nixon [R]
147 . Franklin Delano Roosevelt [D]
132 . Harry S Truman [D]
126 . Lyndon Baines Johnson [D]
122 . Dwight David Eisenhower [R]
121 . Gerald R. Ford [R]
105 . Ronald Wilson Reagan [R]
098 George Herbert Walker Bush [R]
091 . George Walker Bush [R]

The six Republican presidents of the past 50 years had an average IQ of 115.5, with President Nixon having the highest at 155. President George W.Bush rated the lowest of all the Republicans with an IQ of 91.

The six Democratic presidents of the past 50 years had an average IQ of 156, with President Clinton having the highest IQ, at 182.

President Lyndon B. Johnson was rated the lowest of all the Democrats with an IQ of126.

No president other than Carter [D] has released his actual IQ (176). Note the institute measured him at 175.

Among comments made concerning the specific testing of President G.W.Bush, his low ratings are due to his apparently difficult command of the English language in public statements, his limited use of vocabulary 6,500 words for Bush versus an average of 11,000 words for other presidents, his lack of scholarly achievements other than a basic MBA, and an absence of any body of work which could be studied on an intellectual basis.

The complete report documents the methods and procedures used to arrive at these ratings, including depth of sentence structure and voice stress confidence analysis.

All the Presidents prior to George W. Bush had a least one book under their belt, and most had written several white papers during their education or early careers. Not so with President Bush," Dr. Lovenstein said. "He has no published works or writings, which made it more difficult to arrive at an assessment. We relied more heavily on transcripts of his unscripted public speaking. The Lovenstein Institute of Scranton, Pennsylvania think tank includes high caliber historians, psychiatrists, sociologists, scientists in human behavior, and psychologists. Among their ranks are Dr. Werner R. Lovenstein, world-renowned sociologist, and Professor Patricia F.Dilliams, a world-respected psychiatrist. For more information on the Lovenstein Institute, go to lovenstein.org

The smartest president didn't know enough to keep his pants zipped and the dumbest one thinks he can run a war. GO FIGURE!!!

I have been called dumb and an idiot when I have been in this sight when I've asked questions or given answers and maybe I am but I'm not blind I can see that he has done nothing good at least for not the majority of this country which is the middle class. The only thing I see you republicans worried about is yourselves. I have always joked about you white conseritives being the devil but you all seem to prove that it's not really a joke. I'm not sure how you even look at yourselves asking questions like I saw the other night. How do we get rid of poor people? What kind of people are you. You and your precious George Bush are the reason that good decent caring people are embarresed. You should be so proud.

Hey--I see CT will make it unlawful for residence NOT to purchase their insurance. (HB 6332). Nice. I read elsewhere that families who do not submit.....uhm, refused to be forced to......uhm--who do not buy the insurance will be fined upto $2600 (can not recall if it was mnthly or yearly)

Hey look! IN Creates the health insurance commission to administer the plan. Specifies **minimum benefits** that the commission must provided.
Have you EVER known a government agency to go the extra mile? Have you BEEN to the post office lately?

MDs HB . 132 Would alter eligibility requirements for participation in the Maryland Children's Health Program; requiring the Department of Health and "Mental Hygiene" (LOL) to establish a ***specified annual family contribution***
NC-H.B. 901 An act to amend the North Carolina constitution to recognize the ***right to*** health care. (Wow health care is a right!)

I was curious of something. I just turned 18, and got the wonderful letter from the Selective Services.

Now there has been some talk of a draft, as there is always, and I was wondering what makes a person become unavailable as a draftee? Besides mental handicaps, and physical disabilities?

I am a student in college, and someone mentioned that would be a reason..but is this true?

the FBI of america had quoted: "Reports have been found and clues have been discovered that Adolf Hitler had not actually commited suicide as the reports said after the second world war." "He escaped to argentina and it is said to have lived there for atleast 11 years"

Well, many ppl may think that this is just plain B.S, but I personally think that this subject is something to ponder about, I mean, after all Hitler's corpse has not been recovered till date, nor are there any traces of him killing himself, if the reports were true that hitler had shot himself in his bunker, no blood stains, bullet holes or any trace of death is visible in the place, FBI has recently said that hitler could have easily escaped among some of his nazi people past the incoming soviet troopers, into one of his U-boats and make his way to argentina, furthermore, some argentinians have said that they did see hitler in the country.

I'm working with a recruiter specializing in direct commissions of naval reserve officers. Based on my background, he's pushing me towards the supply corp. At 30 yrs old and married, the only way I can make this fly with the Mrs. is if I intentionally select the area that has the least chance of overseas deployment. (please don't give me any crap - I don't have to do this, but am chosing to serve my country and family).

My question - is the chance for overseas deployment greater for the supply corp or as an intelligence officer?
