Chavez isn't an American citizen, and 'democrats' in San Francisco do no longer 'help' him. possibly some do, yet utilising an advert populum argument purely muddies the water. Savage's 'good to speak' isn't being puzzled...his content cloth is, 2 relatively some issues. In an attempt to swing the communication from the content cloth of his speech to the strawman of attempting to silence him thoroughly, you undermine your total argument. no one has suggested Savage can not talk his strategies, yet then no one has suggested that the individuals of San Francisco by their elected representatives can not talk theirs. real? easily, we actually do no longer comprehend lots approximately Venezuela, that is historic previous or the relatively some gamers that have introduced that united states of america to the place it is as we talk. If the individuals of that united states of america desire to purpose being a 2d form of stupid that is their selection. so a procedures they have had the king of Spain, relatively some corrupt dictators of the main appropriate, militia rule and an occasional susceptible democracy that placed the rich landowners in charge of each little thing relatively worth being in charge of. None of those thugocracies have served the ninety% of the individuals there very nicely. So, now they have Chavez....stable success! i've got heard Savage...he isn't any diverse than Liddy, Hannity, O'Reily, LaVine, Limbough and the dozen's of alternative good wing screechers....they're on the air 24/7...their message of 'Conservatives stable', everybody else undesirable is particular to get some pushback....or ought to all of those antagonistic to this good wing BS purely close up?

You can support Bush if you want to. That doesn't mean everyone is going to agree with you. Look at the responses given to people who support Hillary. It would be interesting to keep track of the names and adjectives used for both opinions?

darth, ole boy, you are not in public space that therefore Freedom of Speech does not apply.

we aren't free to tell Yahoo that their policies are all wrong (which they ARE) -- they can ban our tails any time for any or not reason. They're paying for the space and it is theirs, not ours.

So, you're wrong.

;-)

that's not what freedom of speech means at all.

freedom of speech means that the government can't put you in jail for what you say.

it has nothing to do with what you say on y!a, in my house, on sparknotes, etc.

It's "their," the possessive adjective, not the adverb of location "there."

"Did you know now Freedom of Speech means it's ok to tell someone THEIR opinion's wrong?"

That has always been part of Freedom of Speech. You are expected to somehow demonstrate what you think their opinion is wrong, though.

If you don't, your criticism is empty.

Yes, but it's equally ok for the other person to say that you are wrong in saying that they are wrong!

Not a problem to tell them you disagree-insulting and berating is the usual deal.
