It's not Y!A, it some of the trolls on this forum. As someone pointed out, there is a specific group that will target you. Don't allow the trolls to draw you in to responding. They'll zing you and they don't care because they have multiple accounts. I could name about 15 of them but won't bother.
Don't take the bait!

I get them too. When I question Y/A, they give links to their rules. When I've press further I get silence. I'm not sure they even read the challenges to the violations. Truthfully judging from the violations I've got about 50% of both side should get reported. & they call this a political web sight. Don't they remember what our grandmothers told us never discuss politics or religion in public you will offend some one!

Its automated, they do it to everyone, they've done it to me three times and I'm surely not a conservative. If enough people simply disagree with you, they simply flag your message as offensive, effectively censoring you, Yahoo doesn't actually have a live person who reads the message to see if the complaints are reasonable or not. I have complained about it each time, but so far I've only gotten automated responses.

If they get enough violation notices, they delete the answer w/o looking at it. That being said, technically, you didn't answer the question. Rules, smules, I know...

Naw, it just isn't conservatives, it's everyone. I've asked questions as a liberal and had them flagged. They do this stuff without any thought at all, it seems.
It is a pain in the butt.

I had a question pulled yesterday, but I think it was really a person answering the question. Some people violate others just for kicks.

Hmm -- that's not an answer but not worth reporting ... the basic idea is you are supposed to answer the question not be a cheerleader for the questioner. So whoever reported you was within their rights...and they probably don't like you either.

If you disagree with a certain "group" in the politics section, you will get notices for everything.
