Polocie has no intention of doing anything that contributes to the good of this nation. Her only goal in life appears to be down with the current administration and she will say, do or vote against anything they are involved in. When will this country wake up and elect people {from either party} that just want to do what the people that elected them want? This is OUR country. The pols don't own it but they sure seem to act like it. Of course "it's for our own good" because Mr. & Mrs. America just arn't smart enough to know what is in their best interest. BULL!

I wish it was so innocent as to be a "load of crap"...unfortunately I believe it borders on treason. I mean seriously, you've already got the Democrat Majority Whip saying that a good report from Iraq is a "very bad thing for us"...how sad is that? Democrats have been secretly rooting for failure in Iraq since 2004 elections, but now it's become more than just a whisper. They refuse to acknowlege progress because unfortunately progress for our troops in Iraq means all their doom and gloom predictions aren't turning out right. They're not just accidentally giving comfort and support to the enemy...they want to promise them victory with a timetable for our own defeat. It's amazing that all they see in Iraq is "Bush's war"...they deliberately ignore all the benefits that a stable democracy in the middle east would have for America because some of the credit might go to the Democrats' "Great Satan": George Bush. Pathetic. And treasonous.

Just like they were sure the 2006 election was going to be rigged - until they won.

It's pre-emptive spin. If the report turns out to be favorable to her position ("I'm sorry to report that the surge has been a disasterous failure, our forces are being routed and slaughtered as I write this. Must go catch the last helicopter. Yours, etc. Gen. Petreus.") she can quitely let the accusation drop, or claim that her insight 'forced' the administration to tell the truth, if not, she's already layed a foundation to attack it's creadibility.

She's not delusional, just a politician.

How dare she??? What a traitor! How could someone accuse the President, our fearless leader, and the administration of misleading us?

Seriously, if you believe there is any credibility left in this administration, then you should turn off Fox News long enough to think. Just think.

I would think you would be more worried about bush and his cronies writing the Sept. report instead of the general. bush decided to let the general testify before congress but the actual written report is being done by the white house using the general's name.
