haven't pd me my OT time or mailed me any COBRA info. They termed my ins. early and now the dentist is billing me for the services. This is not an EEOC case anymore, it's now a labor issue. The comp. isn't returning any calls or emails from EEOC. HELP please on what and who I need to contact or do now....this has been a nightmare with this company, thanks.
PS This happened in Texas....

At this point you are going to have to sue the h*** out of them. They are wrong on so many levels. The only bad thing is that Texas ( i live here to) is considered a right to work state and therefore it is hard to get support. In case you are wondering what i mean i included a link that talks about unions. Unions back worker in cases like yours. I worked in human resources a while back and I think you have a case. Get a lawyer and sue them. They did not offer you cobra, I am pretty sure if you kept good record of your time, you can get that overtime. My mom sued a company and she got her ot, and a little extra cash for her inconvenience. Her case was different from yours. I hope I have helped a little.
