Statisticaly, people die of natural cause while waiting for their "deathrow" time to come, yet we as working citizens pay for them throughout their time. Should deathrow be a "life sentence" or should be DEATHROW and end it at the next opening on the table?

My sister had a foreign boyfriend who influenced her to help him out by taking up a loan for 16000 pounds, because he wanted to buy himself a flat in his country! It happened a 2-3 months ago! He started to pay the monthly paybacks for her it`s about 800 pounds.
They did broke up, they are not together anymore, he promised he will monthly pay all the money back to her...but it`s 2 more years!!!

I didn`t know anything about this until know.
I`m really upset about it.
I couldn`t believe something like this could happen, and I would like to know...
Is it possible somehow to make the "money pay back" commitment from her ex-boyfriend for my sister safe or covered with some agreement by law?
How can I help my sister out from this?
What she should do to don`t loose her money?

Thank you.

Hey everyone. I'm going to Amsterdam in February, and I had a small legal question. I'm probably going to visit some grow shops and I was wondering if It's illegal to bring seeds(I think you know what kind) into airports. If so, will you get searched for them? Any feedback would be appreciated.

According to this article Bush has signed into law the power to deploy troops anywhere in the U.S to oppose public disaray:
http://towardfreedom.com/home/content/view/911/

In a stealth maneuver, President Bush has signed into law a provision which, according to Senator Patrick Leahy (D-Vermont), will actually encourage the President to declare federal martial law (1). It does so by revising the Insurrection Act, a set of laws that limits the President's ability to deploy troops within the United States. The Insurrection Act (10 U.S.C.331 -335) has historically, along with the Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C.1385), helped to enforce strict prohibitions on military involvement in domestic law enforcement. With one cloaked swipe of his pen, Bush is seeking to undo those prohibitions.

My question is this.....what would the role of federal troops be deployed within the U.S Borders?

As bad as homelessness and people begging in the streets for handouts is now in urban areas, can you imagine how bad it would be without welfare programs?

I understand there are people who abuse the system, but that's what Social workers are employeed to investigate and end.

Most people on welfare of some type are living very modest and meager existances in the way of material needs!

Not everyone for a multitude of reasons is capable of self sustainment.

There is a category of people who live in working poor conditions!

Outsourcing has caused much of this!

There are millions of Americans just getting by living paycheck to paycheck.

And what about the war veterans who haven't been able to overcome the problems inflicted on them from atrocities they saw in combat?

I think it's important for our infrastructure to help those who need it!

How can I make him stop? He has many DUI's and still drives around even though they took his license. I don't want to call the cops on him because he already has two strikes for vehicular negligence and they would put him away for a long time. Once I took the tires off so he couldn't drive but he just put them back on and filled them up with air and drove away drunk. I couldn't believe it. He comes up from Flagstaff Arizona every year on his Anniversary and just laughs and gets really drunk. How can I make him stop?

Didn't they too use fear to scare the freedom from tyranny out of their citizens?

I am really rooting for Hillary Clinton to became a president, but I am surprised that many people dont like her. I know that some dont like her because she is a woman, but please, we are not in the dark ages anymore. Some say she is a socialist, well I ask you to prove it, because the only socialist thing she wants is universal healthcare and that probablly wont happen anyways. Or shes too liberal? Jeez, let the gays get married, let the women chooce to abort, and let the undocumented immigrants get their papers. Live and let live. Or are you a hard core republican, who wont vote for a democrat period?

For those of you who like Hillary, tell me why?

Why exactly do people live in a country, and enjoy its benefits and freedoms... and then when the country needs them to fight they decide to pick up and move to another country. I personally beleive that is bullshit... If your not willing to fight for the country then fu cking leave... dont sit here and enjoy the freedom of the United States, and all the awesome factors of this great country if your not willing to serve it if it needs you too...

what are your thoughts....

I enlisted into the US Army as an 11x(Infantry recruit) because I love this country and am willing to fight for it. Im not saying by any means that everyone should volunteer for the military... im just saying i think if a draft comes eventually if you get called up on it that you should fight and not back out....
